Its taking them 5 days to get a prescription that was sent in last week. They do not care about us. Better off getting prescription filled at costco

MOD Melissa is so rude does not want to help! She cut me off mid sentence several times. You know one of those types of people That you know is not listening to your question and From the get-go tries to redirect to different departments . There are other CVS locations that are close by. I would avoid this foothill location. I recommend the Haven location the manager JoHn is really nice. He helped me with what MeLiSsa refused to help me with. Thanks John

I went and picked up a new prescription the trainee was pleasant and informed me I need to speak to a pharmacist at the consultation window. The pharmacist Kathy came and yelled very aggressively with no eye contact “do you have a question” I was not aware of whom she was speaking then when I told her I was told to go to the consultation window and she walked off with a attitude as I was mid sentence. I expressed to the trainee my experience and she seemed shook up and barely wanted to provide me information on the manager to speak to.

I do not like the fact that this cvs is so close to my house.What makes ne so upset is the fact that they wont ring u up behind counter (ok fine) but then come to self check out asking u a million questions. If i have to do self check out stand back and wait till i ask for help.It drives me crazy. And this lady is not very friendly shes going through the motions and she makes me so uncomfortable.

I can always find items in this store that other stores don’t carry. The store is clean and the staff is very helpful. Also they seem to have many items on sale.

I cannot thank you or say enough about the level of customer care Timothy provided today. We were traveling and awaiting the prescription authorization. He was able to locate the prescription, help transfer and made sure I had everything necessary for my insurance. He was incredibly helpful, patient, courteous and friendly. I appreciate every moment from this experience from the first phone call to the store to checkout, which was delayed because of my out of state transaction. Thank you CVS and special thanks to Timothy!

The only bad thing of this Pharmacy is they like to have exaggerated wait times. Today I come to pick up Covid test and takes 10 minutes to check if I’m insured even though I’m in their system. Then after he says another 15 minutes. This is not a medicine it’s a box with test. ?♂️ looks like it’s an inconvenience for CVS

Lady would not accept me to not choose what COViD home test I wanted She said she was supervisor when I asked to speak to one How are you not able to choose the COViD test you want ?? CVS do better!!

I stopped in after my dentist appointment and wanted to pick up face cream etc. Also don't drive so was waiting for Uber to take me home. I'm used to Rite Aid where I can wander around, ask questions and treated with respect. I had a horrible experience and I will not be returning anytime soon. My insurance gives me a certain $ amount for over the counter items from CVS and I feel very thankful to have it. I order on line which works great. I consider myself friendly and like to chit chat with people when I'm out. Well that didn't happen and was cut off several times rudely so the items I purchased I returned and bought them at Rite Aid. I know everyone might be going thr something but I didn't expect everyone in the store to be rude and disrespectful.

The women who answered the phone today in the pharmacy around 3:30 was rude because I asked if they were busy right now. Since she can't handle a simple question I will make life easier for her and never use CVS pharmacy again. This isn't the first time I have encountered rude people at this pharmacy who have zero customer service skills. I will take my money else where.
