While the store itself is clean and well-organized, the customer service leaves much to be desired. During my recent visit to purchase a gift card and chocolates, I encountered an instance where a staff member walked away from the register without acknowledging me, leaving me waiting without any explanation. Despite being the only customer at the register, I was completely ignored. This lack of basic courtesy and communication is disappointing, and as a result, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible pharmacy. Tells you they have your medicine in stock and when you get there tell you they're out and to go to ER to get more. Didn't care at all to help and clearly can't manage the team to stay organized.

I came in this afternoon to pick up prescriptions and photos and to check for a beanies baby. They didn't have the beanies baby I was looking for :) that's ok. What stood out was the customer service by their manager David. He was so kind, accommodating, and customer oriented to make a conversation with me. He provided a plastic bag so my photos wouldn't get wet because it was raining outside. Great job David, I won't forget there are great leaders out there.

FYI y'all, they are NOT open 24 hours anymore. This applies to the store and the pharmacy, all night shopping is a thing of the past.

Worst customer service. DO NOT purchase gift cards at CVS!!
I Purchased an Amazon gift card and it was cut in half. They would not replace it. The manager said the cards are locked up behind the cashier so obviously they are aware of the situation. Why not remove them from the stand and still continue to sell??? The manager said to call CVS cust service; that was a waste of my time, they gave me a case # and said it would take 7-10 business days for someone to call me.

Clean location . The store is huge . Much better than the tiny and guetto one in terra vista . Great selection of products very spacious aisle lot in stock .im impressed by this specific location . Good neibourhood easy parking .they do need to hire more cashiers but other than that no issue . Smooth transaction no headache .cashier was helpful . Probably my fav cvs when in rancho cucamonga

Wanted to give them a try because I normally fill prescriptions with Walgreens and immediately regretted it when coming in. Flippant and rude technicians and pharmacists! If you don't like people get another job!!!!!!!! Pitiful customer service! CVS will not get my money because of that team. Have a good one.

The manager Rodrigo is horrible. Disrespectful, and provides poor customer service. Asked for assistance and he told me to find another employee that he was busy. All he was doing was scanning items and putting them on a shelf..... I was completely astonished by his response to me. I looked around for another employee but couldn't find one, so I approached him again and he sighed and seemed completely bothered at the fact I needed some help finding the compression socks. I asked to speak to the manager and he said I AM THE MANAGER!!!! I won't be returning.

*PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS PHARMACY* I was promised that a prescribed GLAUCOMA medication would be filled/delivered the next day 3 different times. Ten days after the doctor called in the prescription, still no medication with absolutely no follow up or communication from this pharmacy. Right eye has already been removed and it is imperative to keep the pressure down in the left eye to keep from going completely blind. Totally unacceptable!!! *********DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! ********* We will be transferring all prescriptions to a different pharmacy!

Dave the store manager assumed that I was stealing late at night and told me not to come back. I showed him that I was wasn't stealing and he still proceeded to make me leave the premises. I hope the higher ups are able to talk to Dave .

I spent 100$ in cash on a vanilla gift card from cvs and when I got home to make a purchase online, the card was declined. I checked online on the vanilla website and it said that the card was on hold and kicked me out of the website, after I went back on to the website it wouldn’t let me check my balance. I called customer support and waited for 30 minutes and no one picked up. I went back to the store and the cashier said they wouldn’t give me a refund and said once the card is activated it isn’t their problem. This is a irresponsible store.
