Dr.Clough and his staff are incredible. They gave me an emergency appt when my dog was having a mal seizure and treated her immediately and took great care of her. I highly recommend them. They will find a budget solution. Thank you again for saving my pup Murry❤️

Wonderful hospital. Staff is friendly and professional. This is our second visit and we love coming here. Our Vet gave us some great tips as new cat owners. Receptionist is lovely and we appreciate the snacks.

These guys took in our dog in an emergency at 9:45 on a Sunday night. They are all awesome. Some reviews complain about price and they way they do things. Remember, this is NOT a run-of-the-mill vet, open 10-5 in your local strip mall. They are an animal hospital (see their name). They are open more, provide more services, and generally more flexible. My pet is worth it.UPDATE: Day Creek Animal Hospital has always been our vet. We made the difficult decision to put our pet down today and they were super sympathetic, caring and professional. They made this difficult day easier. Thank you.

Do use Day Creek if you just need vaccinations and routine care.DO NOT use Day Creek if you have an animal with health concerns. If you have an emergency they do not take walk in's, if you call in advance they will tell you they won't see your pet regardless of their condition. If your pet has hidden conditions this location is really poor at diagnosing larger life threatening issues. The owner of the clinic is awesome but the remaining staff is more of a miss than hit. Recommend looking for another location if your animal needs more than simple routine care.Example, went in for a wellness check. I mentioned a few things, even asked for a blood test. Was told my cat really was fine. 5 days later called to tell them my cat was really in bad shape, they said I can't come over. So rushed to the nearest emergency clinic. My cat had a critical life threatening condition ... $8700 later and now working with a specialist to treat a massive condition i'm thankful for pet insurance. But still ... your cat is fine. At least you all are nice.

I went recently after a different vet gave my cat some antibiotics that made him react horribly. I went with male doctor Claus I believe, he was super attentive at first compared to the first vet. I explained my cat was vomiting for a week but still eating and happy until he took antibiotics, then he would not eat and became lethargic. Doctor did blood work and said he may have Addisons disease due to symptoms and low electrolytes. Next step was to treat him before it would be too late. I told him he had been vomiting a week straight and drinking a lot of water so he would be low on electrolytes and never had the other symptoms until the antibiotics and and if I should just try to take him off the antibiotics. Again said he could die and urged me to treat him, I asked him to test him and he said it was very expensive and more convenient to just treat him to see if he got better then test after to make sure. I treated him out of the fear he caused and came back next month as he instructed, told him he was much better the first day off the antibiotics and asked again to have him tested and he told me to hold off and it wasn't needed but to come back again for the treatment ( which was a 200$ shot) he literally laughed at how expensive they were and said he needed them for the rest of his life. I went to another vet who told me he was likely trying to scare me and make money and to simply make sure the cat is not chewing any plastic and give him better food. 2 weeks later no shots no medicine and what do you know ? He's perfectly fine and back to his normal self. I am disgusted that this vet would not listen to my concerns and simply tried to make money off me. The staff other than this specific doctor were amazing and caring and I really enjoyed how close it was to home. I will be spreading awareness of this vet to our community.

Wonderful experience. Caring, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Clauff is our hero. Always sweet, with lots of patience and always ready to answer if you got any question for him. My pup is under his treatment for the last 9 years. We are so big of a fan that we drive 50 miles from Los Angeles to see him in Rancho Cucamonga to make sure our pup gets the best possible treatment at Day Creek Animal Hospital. We follow the doctor not the hospital so as long as Dr. Clauff is there it's an all thumbs up

I've always had a PAWsitive experience when taking my dog Clyde. The place is now remodeled and nicer. The staff and the new veterinarian (first time I've seen him) who checked my dog asked questions and explained/answered mines too. Thank you!

I've been bringing my little doggies here for a few years now and always have a great experience. The doctors are first rate, spend time explaining my dog's condition with us and are genuinely concerned about their well-being.The staff are always professional, friendly and genuinely show they care. One of my favorite visits was when I saw "the cat who really runs the place"The phone rang, and that cat answered the phone!!! He did, the cat tapped the button and said, meow....If a cat likes this place so much he works the front desk, then I guess this is the right place to bring my pets...

We took our girl here for 8 years. She was an 80-pound Mastiff/Boxer mix from the shelter, shy, and scared of men. Despite her size and personality, the staff always took the best care of her and were so accommodating to her personality. It was easy to schedule an appointment. And their office was always kept nice and clean. We unfortunately had to put our girl down because her cancer became too painful for her. It was devastating to say goodbye but the staff couldn't have been more kind to us and her.Thank you to everyone at Day Creek Animal Hospital! My family and I will always remember your compassion and care.

i always look at the photos we took of my dog at the vet. though she was our anxious little 80 lbs boxer-mastiff, she tried to put on a brave face for her vet. the staff here did everything they did to accommodate her. from letting my parents visit her when she had overnight observations to giving her a shot in the car because she was too shy to go inside. whenever someone working would ask if they could pet her, they tried to reassure her everything was okay.my dog recently passed in june from cancer. it was probably the most heartbreaking loss i've ever experienced. when she was cremated, this hospital made an effort to tell us how much they loved our girl and how sorry they are for her unexpected death. they informed us of the steps moving forward and were very clear about when we could pick up her ashes. i cannot be more grateful for their role in her last couple weeks on this earth.

All I can say is WOW! What a difference from my previous vet. You can feel the love from staff and vets alike and we immediately felt relief at finding a place that cares for our fur babies.
