Applied for id, waited a month, it never delivered because the post office returned it for unknown reasons even though dmv confirmed I gave correct address. Was never notified it was returned. Status online only showed it was in process. Only number I could reach for help was a 1-800 number which required waiting and then given incorrect instructions. Told I didn't need to apply again and to just go do a new dmv appointment. But turns out I did need to apply again. Waiting at dmv, applying, standing in lines. The 2 associates behind the windows that finalized my 1st and 2nd time application were really nice. But the lady at the testing/application booth was just really rude to people that had questions.

Today was My first time here at the Rancho Cucamonga DMV and I must say it was an overall great experience surprisingly the staff was really nice who ever was on window 4 and served G178 thank you so much !

My driving test examiner named Keisha or Leisha (short, obese African American woman) or whatever was the most dramatic and retarded person I have ever met. When beginning the test, she instructed me to make a right turn at the next light. When stopped behind the limit line I was unable to see oncoming traffic in order to make my right turn. In order to gain better visibility, I slowly inched the car forward to gain a better view of oncoming traffic. When I did this my instructor grabbed my wheel and I kid not shrieked STOP. I was extremely confused at this act and was left extremely startled. Keisha failed me for following traffic laws and attempting to make a safe right turn. Additionally, she endangered us with her yelling and by grabbing the wheel potentially causing further harm. Furthermore, after telling me to return to the DMV she started to mutter under her breath which I believed to be racial comments about Asian stereotypes. I believe that she needs to be removed from her position and should be allowed to proctor any other driving test in the future. She was extremely unprofessional and is terrible at her job.

Long wait times, but it was clean for a DMV besides that not too bad would recommend if in the area

Employees do not communicate clearly.They let a woman talk on her phone, loudly, next to me in the testing area. I could not concentrate. Finally, someone asked her to stop, however, she took another call and no one stopped her.This is not fair to people who study, pay money, and spend time and energy to pass the test.

Credit where credit is due. In and out in 20 minutes, friendly and efficient staff, spotless building, no noise, and very secure with plenty of parking, free. Best way to go is have all your work done online, including knowledge test and payment, and of course your application. I showed up at 1230 hours, no lines, either with appointments or not. I did not have one, and truly no one ahead of me. All that worry for naught.

The behind the wheel test proctors need to do better. One proctor told me to get in the left lane way too late. I suffered because of her mistake. If a driver fails, I understand , but the proctor should be held accountable for her mistake.I don't know the route as well as she does.

They lost paperwork I turned in, now I have to deal with their mess, rude employees who viciously talk down to you and never listen to a word you have to say. Any other job and they would be fired in a second. Very rude security guard that power trips. Only upside is it’s less packed but I would rather wait longer somewhere else at this point.

Alejandro is so unprofessional and doesn’t know how to be a driving instructor! He needs to retake his behind the wheel test or get an eye exam! Shameful I got him twice.

It is probably as good as it can be for a DMV office. Good staff, nice and clean facilities, not too crowded and a low traffic area allows an easier driving test.

When you go to DMV, remember that you don't visit this place every week so you will see something new. Be prepared and polite and in return you will have the best experience.

Been here twiceA total waste of time. Given incorrect information both times. These are some of the most inept employees I have ever seen. They wouldn't last a day in the private sector. This entire department should be disbanded
