I recently visited the Dollar Tree store over the weekend and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find the items I was looking for.
However, my visit was marred by a long line at the checkout. Despite the heavy weekend traffic, only one register was open because the other associate chose to take a break instead of helping out for a bit…This left the lone employee overwhelmed and the customers, including myself, frustrated by the wait.
Given this experience, I’m unsure if I’ll be returning to this Dollar Tree location. Cleanliness and organization are important, but efficient service is equally critical, especially during peak times.

Really enjoy going to this location. Nice and big store with a freezer/fridge section in the back. Friendly staff.

I love the Ontario Dollar Tree store. I find more than what I need for reasonable costs. I'm retired & it's helps my monthly budget.

Worst and big loser of a retailer!! Get these places out of here! I was told I cannot use a cart to carry bags of ice to my vehicle! Biggest joke and biggest B&tch manager told me not to come shop there! Never support this company

Biggest dump in Rancho Cucamonga. Always a mess and They leave one lane open for 15 shoppers so the people with 2 items get stuck in a long line behind people with carts full of product. Worst customer service I've had in a long time and that's saying a lot since most places these days can care less about customer service. If you can avoid going here I'd go somewhere else

Haven't been to Dollar tree in a long while. Store was well stocked and neat despite the crowds. I think the cashier was Eleanor(name started with an E but tag was a little blurred), she was wearing festive holiday accessories. She was so kind and helpful making sure we were all helped as quickly as possible with a kind smile. She was very efficient and I appreciate that. She was careful with my husbands reading glasses we were purchasing and was sure to keep them separate as I requested. Thank you Eleanor.
