Please boycott this location!!! Their management does nothing to permanently stop the employees from reviving the car rentals engines, zooming up and the back alley that has houses on one side, pets, slow down, children playing signs and they don't care. The speed limit is 15mph in an alley guys! I caught them on camera tonight speeding in and then out both times on the wrong side of the alley. First time almost hit my fence, second time almost hit the dumpster. Not to mention they get all the neighbors dogs stressed out due to the loud noise. Please don't support this location!

Recently rented a car from this location. Every person I dealt with in person or over the phone, from beginning to the end, was patient, professional, and kind. It seems to be a challenge nowadays to get good customer service; Enterprise staff was great! The car was very clean & operated perfectly. I will definitely return to Enterprise for future rental needs.

Dylan, Cappie, Kaitlyn and Martinique all helped me at various times. They were all responsive, knowledgable and explained the process well. My own car was being worked on at CarStar and Enterprise was able to give me rides during drop off and pick-up. The rental I was given was clean and smelled good.

They are wonderful! When I dropped off the car they were super busy and dealing with some difficult customers, but still maintained a very polite and professional attitude. I have always had great experiences at this store.

Enterprise rental car in Rancho Cucamonga on Foothill was fantastic. I was getting my car worked on at CarStar, which is around the corner. Enterprise works with that company to get you to or from Enterprise. You can even leave your rental at CarStar and Enterprise will pick it up for you. When you go in to Enterprise, ask for Jessy Cardona. She will take good care of you! I will definitely rent from Enterprise again. I had a great rental, my experience was positive, and most importantly, I had excellent service!

We had a Ford explorer with over 60K miles and it showed its age!!The drivers side door did not close 100%(maybe 92%) and the drive was a bit rough to the point where my wife would not even drive the car. Inside of the car was ok although the windows needed real cleaning badly, especially the inside. However, the owner/operator was very responsive and knew about the door and was in general a great manager.

Extremely disappointing experience and would never attempt to rent from them again. First of all, they don’t have any available cars for rent. So, they have drivers picking up cars from the other lots to deliver the cars here. That wait time alone is about 30-45 minutes. Then, after waiting all of that time, I was told that my card was declining and he couldn’t use it again. So, I call my bank in front of him and ask my bank if they see an issue. Apparently, my bank wasn’t even able to see a transaction made on their end. The attempt to read the card wasn’t even picked up by my bank. So, the bank teller asked me to have the representative try my card again. According to him, Jaime Contreras, his manager told him that the system won’t scan the card twice and they need another card to put on file. Not really sure how a card can’t be tried again, but it just didn’t make sense to me. Maybe that’s enterprise’s policy, but either way, it was extremely inconveniencing. The bank representative stated that he could have inserted the chip incorrectly which would have resulted in the error reading. Which isn’t my fault, so it just completely annoyed and frustrated me beyond no end.Moral of the story, if you want to rent here, make sure you have two cards available to abide by their ridiculous policy.

Staff tries to be as helpful as they can but this locations labor cannot accommodate the customer traffic they get. From how it looks, they barely even have time to thorough clean the cars because they are also juggling phone calls, reservations, car inspections. Definitely don't do a thorough job because they are rushed by impatient customers. I've been here a couple times past few days & they have been heavily understaffed every single time. Overheard saying they only have 2 people working at this location. Current wait time seems to be 45min-1.5 hrs. This is crazy!!! Focus on hiring more people to help this location. HERTZ DO BETTER. Can't even be mad at the guys working here because they are truly trying the best they can.

I had a very positive experience from calling to schedule a pick up to returning the rental. The lobby is extremely clean and well maintained. All the staff are friendly, patient, and diligent with making sure everything is good to go. They explained the process and rates clearly and one of the employees (I'm sorry I don't remember your name!) even drove us to another location -the service center I think- to pick up my preferred rental. Jaime helped us return the rental and was thorough but also efficient in checking us out so we didn't need to spend more time than necessary. Everything was crystal clear and there was never a moment of confusion or frustration. This location is very professional and will be my go-to if I ever need a rental again.Thank you Enterprise in Rancho!

I had a very positive experience with this Enterprise agency. Called ahead to request type of car I needed to rent. Chappie drove me to agency after dropping my car at repair center. Everything was handled professionally & expeditiously. Chandler waited on me at the agency. Everyone was extremely helpful & answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend using this location.
