If you don't fit a certain demographic they will give you a hard time ! Never thought i would go thru a situation like this in my own neighborhood! This business "picks and chooses" who they want to do business with, made a reservation for a mid size vehicle, the manager trainee Samantha lujan Ramos says they have no more mid size, so I'll have to upgrade, I agree to the upgrade (she prob thought the upgrade would turn me away) but then all of a sudden (the card I've used at enterprise before) isn't excepted by enterprise, (It's a visa debit card !!) so I asked her why not and all of a sudden she got crazy with me said because I don't want to ! and threaten to call the police even tho all I did was ask why she doesn't want to rent me a car, I never raised my voice or got violent, I went to foothill location and got into a car in 20 mins thanks to my fellow black men, don't come here unless you you want to be discriminated against based on your appearance

Tevin & Brandon gave me excellent service. Tevin got me into a vehicle right away. Tevin was very communicative prior to getting into my rental. They made sure the whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. They're very professional.10 out of 10 service. Definitely recommend.

Made a reservation through the priority pass the day before and when I got there the next day, I asked for an intermediate car (sedan) and they told me the one they had "I wouldn't want" and put me into a midsize suv. When I asked if they saw my reservation for a smaller car, was told by the two working there that they don't have access to their reservations. Pushed hard for me to get the all expenses paid insurance that I didn't need. Would have gone to a different location if I knew the car I asked for wasn't going to be available.

I haven't even had my rental for more than two days and this has experience has been THE BEST part of my car troubles thus far. Tevin and Brandon have provided excellent customer service and have been more than accommodating. If you need a rental around this area, reach out to these two gentleman and you will be in great hands!

I had an amazing experience getting assistance from Brandon on Wednesday. I know rental agencies now (in general) are experiencing inventory shortage...but I really wanted to thank Brandon for providing such a great customer service and keeping me updated on the incoming car availability. I also witnessed him assisting other customers while helping me out, and really truly it is hard to find such a great and friendly personality and excellent work ethic nowadays. This branch is totally lucky to have an employee like this. Thank you Brandon for helping me!

Very rude employees, never count on the information they give you at this location, they don't honor bookings through their website neither their written policy. Worst experience i ever had.

Chandler and Athziri were amazing from the beginning of the rental to the return of the Vehicle. They were willing to make all situations an easy plan. No problems with anything. That manager is ghetto ratchet unprofessional with no sense of customer service . She totally could care less canceling my reservations when I had it for months the night before I was set to pick up my rental the night before pick up . She made no effort to help . It's hard to believe a company as big as Enterprise Rent a Car can practice business in this manner and hire people like this to run there business.

Don't waist your time coming into this place!Really bad costumer service .Needed a car it was an emergency, went in they didn't have any, I understood it was last minute and weekend. They told us to go on line and make a reservation.Made a reservation for the following Tuesday , they called Monday and confirmed my reservation. We walk in Tuesday just to be told they have no cars. What is the point of a reservation and a confirmation call a day before.

This place is trash never ever go for rental car. I went to this place to rent car ,the front lady name Athziri told me to reserve in advance instead of walk in, I went back home and I did reserved my car after 3 hours I went back to pickup but she told me it doesn’t mean you reserved now you will get it, I asked her it say my car is ready to pick up she start yelling at me and said I told you we don’t have any car at this moment you need to come back after 3 day’s. She is unprofessional and very rude person. Never ever go back to that place.

I made a reservation back in July for a 15 passenger van. Received a phone call from them the prior day stating they will be having problems with reservation but will check other branches (Ontario Airport had a van available). Came in for the actual pick up and stated they do not have a car. I was suppose to get a call from the regional manager, but didn't receive one. Branch manager attempted to help by renting two vehicles, which I thought were two vans (7 seaters), because it wouldn't make sense to give two cars that seats 5 when I needed a 15 passenger van. All they said was, "Sorry for the inconvenience." We went to the airport in Ontario and they had a 15 passenger van available! But we decided to drive our own car at that point.Plans were ruined, but it isn't the end of the world. They messed up, no accommodation, I do not plan on doing business with them anymore. It's a business, people need their service, how they handled it was not professional at all. I would give 0 stars if that was ever an option.If I would give any advice, I would say call ahead of time to see if they have your reservation so you can plan accordingly.
