I went today just for a touch up on my roots, just for the hair styles to burn me three times with the hair dyer as well as dropping it on me while she was blow drying my hair. At the end of the service she told me not to call the salon because I am her client not the salon.

Third time, after owner stopped being my stylist after 20+ years, with the recommended replacement and honestly still couldnât get it right. Wouldnât listen to me and had to take my business elsewhere. So sad that loyalty means nothing nowadays.
And a reply about concentrating on your salons means taking care of the clients, no? You said you would share my cut/style with who you referred me to and you did not. You said that you would continue to care about the services rendered at your salon and you did not. Donât get upset about hearing the truth.

Miranda took my long, thick, and healthy locks to horribly thin and constant breakage. Since I am now in beauty school myself, I asked my instructor why my hair keeps breaking and is super thin since Miranda colored my hair. Per my instructor, she should have lightened my hair gradually to avoid excessive damage. Also, money was her focal point as I paid $480.00 for a job that trashed my hair. I was a first-time client and was told Miranda was an hour behind, which didn't sit well with me, considering I drove over an hour for an appointment. I mentioned to the salon receptionist/owner, and this was brought to Miranda's attention, so maybe this is why she destroyed my hair. Lesson Learned. If someone doesn't honor an appointment time slot, it's best to go elsewhere as mentioning it only ruined my hair. I went to Miranda in February, and my hair has not grown since and constantly breaks off.

I was able to score a same day appointment on a Saturday. I had a fantastic experience with Alexis as my stylist! She did an amazing job with my 'chop'--I absolutely love the way she styled it. While I'll probably never be able to recreate it myself, it turned out so cute! Alexis really listened to my vision and delivered exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great haircut and styling.

I did my research and glad that I found this place. Alexis did her magic and we get rid of my orange hair. I wasn't even sure what I want but she did such a great job and I'm beyond happy. Got hair treatment + highlights . I also had box dye on my hair so this is a dream come true for me!!! Thank you

Thanku Jesinda! I havent cut my hair for years and im so scared to do it and she made it so pretty! I asked her to make my hair like a curtain bangs like the blonde girl and she did an awesome job! Thankusomuch! It was really nice meeting and talking to u!

I had Asked for just some long layers and framing around the face and I ended up looking like I have a bob in the front... she tried to curl my hair to make it not seem so horrible but when I got home and showered and seen how uneven my "framing" around the face. I did not say anything because I just wanted to get out of there but for $75 I definitely do not recommend going and getting a haircut...that's was my first and last time ever going to the salon..

I CANâT EVEN CONTROL MY LIFE, HOW CAN I BE EXPECTED TO CONTROL MY SPLIT ENDS?!?!?!
For the last 6 months I was trying to grow my hair as long as Crystal Gayle (circa 1977). My fantasy was to have milk chocolate brown luscious long locks. Instead I grew out a head full of hideous frizzy split ends, in multiple shades of dingy browns! My hair was looking like HATE! It was so unsightly and embarrassing (like my fatherâs post on social media).
I reached out to Charity for her expertise and asked her to cut ALL my split ends off! About 6+â was chopped off! She was just like Edward Scissor Hands, working her magic! My hair now has the 4 Bâs; BREATHTAKING BEAUTIFUL BOUNCY & BEHAVING!!!
Charity is not a beautician, sheâs a MAGICIAN!!! (Sheâs also a great therapist. She let me drone on about nonsense without telling me to âzip it!â If I were her, I wouldâve said, âElaine, Iâm sorry, I have massive headache. Can we have quiet today?â) Sheâs simply a DELIGHT!
I left the salon with 99 problems, but split ends werenât one of them!

Ever had the most relaxing and just an experience you will tell your friends and rave about it over and over and over again. This is the salon that has experts that personally attends to your needs and wants! The owner who by the way really cares about her clients and treats them as family---she did not even know that I was actually paying attention to a - conversation she was having.,,, and she responded to the stylist with " you need to treat her as if that was your family". (Out of this world right!!) Here you are just not customers--we are family". Anyway, I was speechless and in awe! Never ever heard that from an owner of a salon before! If you want someone to treat you more than a customer or a number... this is the place to go!!!! The most TOP TIER experience was from my hairdresser Bri----awww word could not explain. She might look like she is the youngest one there but she will turn your world around!!!! She is so talented and innovative that the things she recommended I would never ever tried... but my husband became a fan! The look transformed me to something I never knew I had a lot of compliments EVERYDAY!!! Love LOVE HER!!!!!!!!!

I guess there's only a few stylists that cut men's hair and for some reason the numbers are diminishing.. when my new regular girl decided to join the family business (after 26 years of cutting men's hair) I had to find another new victim- I'm really going to miss my trips to Vegas for a haircut) luckily I didn't have to go far, Charity is a fixture in this community and a solid men's specialist.. I don't get the extra neck and scalp massage or the hot facial towel nor the complimentary glass of wine or beer but I'm not missing a thing Great Cut, great salon vibe .. highly recommended
