Worst experience ever a lady came to my house for a life insurance exam the blood draw was by far the worst ever. She used a butterfly needle and air got stuck in the tube when she went to use a vile and instead of removing it she moved it around in my vein and went to use another tube. My arm has been killing me for days now. How someone who draws blood everyday can be that incompetent is beyond me. I just pray my arm gets better or she didn’t inject air into my veins or something fatal.

I had an appointment at 7:30am and there was no wait at all. Kim took me in and was very nice and comforting (I told her I was nervous about needles). My overall experience was great and I'd definitely go back for any tests I need

I had a scheduled appointment at 2:00pm. I arrived for appointment 10 min early and signed in. There was no one in the front lobby for check in I sat for 20 mins before calling examone to confirm that in fact someone was even there working. I was told there was two staff members working at the Rancho Cucamonga site and that one was with the 1:30 appointment and that there should be the front office manager working. I did not get seen until 2:45.

Easy to change appointments. Examiner attitude unable to see other alternatives locked in by insurance companies.

i called and was given an appointment date and time, but when i showed up for the appointment , i was told that i was not on schedule! and was told it was in hold! the representative obviously was not paying attention to what needs to be done. i asked her for 2 appointment 1 for me, 1 for my husband. she said she has orders for me, but not for my husband. so i said, ok i’ll take my appointment and will call them later for my husband since there is no order, and she suggested to call my employer to clarify. this place is unorganized.

They didn't give complete information about process and over booked, keeping me waiting for 35 minutes. Then I find out that an appointment that should be 5 minutes was going to be about an hour.

Truly the worst experience I ever had in my life with ExamOne/Quest Diagnostic Lab company. First let me explain, I arrived at about 10am, the young man called me in promptly, I was instructed on what to do, I gave my urine specimen, then the processor began to experience a problem with the printer, the printer wasn't able to print out the labels, he was trying the best he could, then he ask this woman for help and she wasn't obliging in the lest. Then another woman came in to try an get things resolved to no avail, they began to submit my information to their personal Mobil phone to see if the information could transfer to another department to print, at this point I knew this was a problem, I ask to speak to a supervisor, they avoided my question. Come to find out printer was out of ink, how STUPID. Also I decided to leave after about a 2 hour wait, absolutely the worst place. This was for employment and come to find out the new job informed me the labeling was incorrectly printed, I explained my experience and was routed to LabCorp. These people where so ignorant, they couldn't tell that their printer was OUT OF INK and they didn't have an extra on hand and this is a business? Truly unprofessional
