Good price, large unit. Staff is cool, they live on site. Just a real chill feel, not so disconnected like the corporate places. It's nice to have a person available when you have questions.

Pattie the site Manager there mis used my number and called me accusing me of stealing a phone charger days later after it was missing it was the most bizarre phone call. I wouldn’t recommend renting here from them,another thing I want to add is that they said it was for the employees safety REALLY? What about the customers safety let alone we pay rent for the storage unit,Crazy and ridiculous. Please go somewhere else who cares about YOU and your safety!!

When we rented a uhaul truck to move from San Diego they recommended we used a storage place near our address, when we got there it was NOTHING that we expected, we quickly did a googled search to find another unit and we stumbled upon Extra Stirage Rancho Cucamonga, from the minute we walked in Patty was very pleasant and helpful, she showed us what they had for our needs, the units and premises are very clean, and every month that we come to pay our rent, Party knows who you are and gets you in and out of the door very quickly, she is very personable and a joy to talk too much ? HIGHLY recommend this place, you're in good hands because all the staff is very helpful and friendly

I’ve had a wonderful experience since 11/10/2022. David set me up with a clean unit with roll up door with driveway access. Secure and safe. It’s been a great experience and don’t plan on leaving. Thank you David and extra storage for the great experience. I will continue to refer my friends and colleagues.

I just recently switched storages found an awesome deal here at extra storage units are nice and better price then I found anywhere else staff is also very nice, knowledgeable and always looking out I've dealt with Jeremy there and guy seems like a stand up dude always asking if I ever need anything to let him know highly recommended this facility for your storage needs thanks extra storage for your professionalism

After 2 years of using Extra Storage, I have nothing but good things to say. I've never had signs of tampering, the live on site managers David and Patty Robbins take pride in their business with a clean and neat facility, and they were super nice and super friendly. I would absolutely recommend the business and I would also store my stuff there again. Great and well run business. Thank you.

The employees keep a nice clean place. They are also very helpful and friendly.The storage units are outside and not environmentally controlled. So, when storing your stuff, be sure it can handle the heat,cold, and moisture. ?

I recently reserved two storage units for my parents to store stuff for their move at the beginning of this month and it was a great, smooth process from start to finish with David and Patty registering me for the units and being present to assist on the day of the move. I appreciated the professionalism and explanations and willingness to take time at the end of the day to get everything squared away. They are very organized and provide great customer service; the units are well kept and clean and they clearly monitor and care about the property. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking storage units that are clean and accessible in a decent location. Thank you David and Patty!
