I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I was under a lot of stress and had to get a printed copy of a report ASAP to give to the local CHP. I also had a crying six month old daughter in my arms. Rose and Anna were extremely helpful and very friendly. They helped me feel at ease and welcome and even distracted my baby as I tried to send my email attachment to the printer. Even after attempting several times it didn’t work. Rose was kind enough to print it out from the stores email address. Thank you so much for the support and help!

Went in to print a document. Lady said email it to her and she would print it. Saw her talking to other guy in store. The guy just looked at me waiting and finally said she's working on it. After 15 minutes of lack of communication and just waiting i left. 20 minutes to print an email?!!!!!!

The staff is eager to leave by 7 PM and stops accepting any packages as early as 6:40 PM. Their service is poor, and they discourage you from using their trolleys, even though they offer this service.

Gave up on trying to give them my business. The printed documents order form on their website crashed every time I tried to use it (wouldn't load locations, no payment button, error messages). Tried to call in the order and couldn't get a live human and was hung up on by the phone triage. Take your business elsewhere. It's too much of a hassle to do business with them. It's actually, I think, impossible.

Depending of the employee is the service.
In my case Friday very morning I needed it to print a document and I found this location was open at 7:30 am !
The miss that helped me was kind and available to speak in spanish and solve all my doubts
She help me to print 2 documents that I need to take to San Diego

Just called to get a general estimate for a package, Valerie answered and gave me great customer service. And just before this I called the FedEx location in San Bernardino the one next to target, and they said they weren’t allowed to give me estimates for packages. Even though it’s a package store. So great job to this FedEx location and valerie for helping me. I recommend this location for all your shipping needs. I don’t recommend the San Bernardino location.

I rarely visit this store but when I do I've been lucky enough to not have a bad experience.I'm always greeted when walking in, it's never really super packed inside but I've been in a line and it's not a very long wait! Representatives are always super fast and knowledgeable. In and out in a matter of 5 minutes. Really.Only reason why I'd give 4 stars is the parking. Feels so crowded.

Located on Foothill Blvd. Limited parking in the front.Store was clean. Employee was friendly.Went inside to pick up two packages that was on hold to be picked up. Just gave name and showed ID and got the packages. Easy peasy.

Ashley is nothing but WONDERFUL. Provides nothing but GREAT AND FAST customer services. Come here every time just to get helped by her. I have seen rude customers come in and out and she still helps them out with great customer service. Fedex has gone up in pricing over the years but they still provide great services.

Called ahead of time for information. When I got they're I got helped by a young lady Sahara. Very helpful. Never shipped something international. Very patient and very profesional!. Great custumer service. Specially at this time of year we're Evryone is extra tense , but Sahara was very polite and was very helpful. Thank you for your hard work it does not go unoticed!
