walked in, I was the only customer there, stood at the counter and TWO employees working on the computer continued on with whatever they were doing for 5 mins. No greeting, no “one min”, “we will be right with you” nothing. Didn’t even look up at me. I walked out and left. That’s how you lose business

On may 18 went to get some information on a general question on mail and the worker could not seem to find a answer for a general mailing price non fedex so I rephrase the question and still wanted to charge $10 FedEx
Can't FedEx p.o box and said she couldn't do it
All I wanted to know how much would this envelope cost to general mail?
Once again $10 to FedEx

Went here for passport photos on Wednesday March 19. The short Latino guy that took my photo didn’t cut the photos evenly at the same height. Plus, when I asked for another photo envelope when the one he gave me got torn, instead of handing it directly to me, he laid it flat on the table opposite of where I was standing. I guess he wanted me to reach for it. He’s rude and not very friendly. And I asked if I could get a digital copy of the passport photo, the guy that took my photo asked his boss lady there, the tall white Latina, and she made up some BULLSHIT excuse that I could not get a digital copy of it due to liability reasons. What liability reasons was she referring to? I tried to talk to her about it and she blew me off. I called FedEx a few days later, and no such liability claim even exists for passport photos. She is a LIAR! But then she told the guy that I can have a copy of it, but I have to pay to use their computers there, plus he would have to charge me $5 for a fedex usb thumb drive. If you can’t give me the digital photo for “liability reasons” then why are they willing to sell it me? These people are BULLSHIT! What happened to the Japanese lady that used to work there when this FedEx office used to be open 24 hrs before COVID? All I see there now are just corrupt Hispanic women workers and some nice Black women. Next time I’m just going to ask for one of the nice Black women to help me. BTW, I’m an Asian American male who is not from China.

This was my worst experience with FedEx facility i stopped by on Monday around 11am, and pla ed an order for two laminated poster, I needed for our company meeting, with a promise that would be ready by 5pm on Tuesday, up on my arrival I was told by the staff, there is no such an order, when I asked to reach out to the employee on ion day to verify my order, the agent refused to heat we don't call our employee when they are not working. Needless to say, I was not able to complete our work in our meeting. It is unfortunate that FedEx or ex Kinko dropped to such a low level. I will never go to this store or any other fedex store knowing how I get treated. So buyers be aware that you will be disappointed. Congratulations to the store manager and FedEx for providing such a world class, dissatisfaction. Avoid them at all cost.

Fast and friendly service! I came back for the second time in just a few days to cut my flyers, and Monica not only remembered me but also my order. Such a thoughtful touch! Thank you, Monica! They were super quick and helpful with the cutting process. Highly recommend!

Today l went to fedex and Amal the team member at fedex helped me with wedding place cards and spent time picking the perfect pick for me and she was very patient. I highly recommend Amal for customer service because she is patient, kind, friendly, and will give you what you need.

I am SO happy with my experience with this location!
I printed a 3 x 8 outdoor banner & 6 posters and they had it done much sooner than advised.
Regarding my banner, I brought in a file size that was huge and I had a feeling would be a problem. They called me and left me a detailed message with what happened. I came back to the store with a slightly smaller sizer file, still didn't work. Please be advised, this was MY problem - not theirs.
After the info I received from my second visit, I turned my png file into a pdf file and came back. Mind you, this is my first time creating a banner file and then having it printed. Third times the charm & let me tell you, this location crushed it! I am so so happy!
Thank you to everyone I worked with. I only caught one person's name, Rose, but was assisted by a few others that definitely deserve their praise.
In general, I can always rely on this location. I won't be going anywhere else & they will continue to have my business.
