I opened an account here and have an appointment with a lady who works here to go over the phone on Monday at 3pm to work on the account. But she did not fulfill this agreement. I called her and left a voice message, but she did not reply me. I called her again the next day and left a voice message, but she still did not reply me. I had to drive 40 miles there on Wednesday afternoon to seek a solution. We were met by Joseph who was very patient and tried his best to help us. His professional attitude made us feel very good. Thank you very much for Joseph's help. His kindness and professionalism have restored our confidence in Fidelity.

I have been a Fidelity Investments customer for years and years, first with my own IRA accounts, more recently the company being the trustee of my 401k account.
I book an appointment at this location once or twice a year. I find it is helpful to have a face-to-face conversation to get a better view of my investments and discuss various ideas with a professional.
While it is helpful and convenient to have a local office, keep in mind that a local office, like the branch of my bank, has somewhat limited authority and may not be able to do all the things that you need them to do. For those times, a call to Boston HQ is the better choice..
Even tho Fidelity mans their phones 24hrs a day, it pays to contact them during East Coast business hours, which is three hours ahead of us.
I credit Fidelity with making the decision to open an office here. I feel the IE suffers a measure of neglect by the financial services industry in favor of LA's westside or Orange County's Gold Coast. From this point alone I feel justified in recommending Fidelity to others looking for a brokerage to handle their money.

I just happened to stop at this location and was helped by Ashley. She was great answered every question we asked and helped us set up exactly what we needed with no issues or hesitation.

After a very long search, I found my perfect car. Unfortunately, it was located 2 hours up the road. Foolishly, I left the house without my coffee. Being uncaffinated, I also forgot my checkbook and debit card. So when it was time to purchase the car I realized my mistake. I went to the Ranch Cucamunga Fidelity branch. After explaining my situation, I asked what my options were. I was told that there was nothing they could do. I offered some solutions, including printing a check and others. The woman “serving” me was disinterested, unhelpful, the opposite of a problem solver and dismissive. A client sitting in the lobby, overheard the conversation and he tried to help. She ignored him too. I called Torrey Pines Bank, they solved the quandary while being very polite and helpful.

My privacy/Security was violated at Fidelity office plus scolding in front of my caregiver.I accompanied my house caregiver to Fidelity Rancho Cucamonga on Sept 8 afternoon who had been crying due to her trading account of several thousand dollars frozen by the fraud division as a result of her depositing her wages checks to the account, of which 6 checks were written by me. I was the one who recommended her to create this account. I went with her to appear in person with my check book, my IDs to prove that the checks were legit and no fraud was there -- so that her trading account will be unfrozen. We were attended by Sandra Ruiz.Sandra Ruiz forced me to compose an affidavit listing all checks on a blank paper on bottom of which she had photo-imprinted my driver’s license in color. At the time of this I slid my driver’s license on the long table surface towards her to reach her. because she was sitting at a distance, but it fell on the floor, which my care giver picked up and handed to her. She stood up in anger and told me that she cannot tolerate this behavior and I must leave and do not act this way or say anything. I got frozen after this until I left office. I could not utter a word to her with my dry mouth due to the shock of her scolding. First she had forced me to give her my driver’s license and then had me compose an affidavit on which I listed all 6 check detail. I felt like I was in a police station being investigated except finger printing.Besides, her scolding in front my house caregiver, she handed my private affidavit with my driver’s license imprint on it to my house caregiver, violating my security information and thus jeopardizing my privacy. She also instructed the caregiver to get another affidavit for another check like the one I had prepared by showing to the other person. Management at Fidelity is recommended to look into this incidence and train her to keep her violent behavior and violating security.

I loved fidelity Investments. Until i was out of commission for 18 months. And my account got overdrawn by less than a hundred and they closed my account without contacting me and working things out considering I'd backed with them for over 5 years and it wasn't a common occurrence at all.
