I had a horrible time with my bumper almost falling off, I took it to another shop and days later my bumper was falling off again. I came here and shared I had a time constraint and was out of town on business. Ryan Shaffer gave it to me direct, told me how long my bumper repair service would take and gave me a great deal when I needed it most! Absolutely felt like for what I paid it was a great choice for me. 5/5 for sure !

I went to get an estimate outside of insurance because I am having a bad experience with insurance. The guy told me I was wasting his time. I told him what is going on with insurance and all he cared about was going back to work. He said he could give me an estimate but it wouldn’t be a good one. Trying to get me to leave and not wanting to help.

Cool guys. I had some very minor work done. Wanted the door guards removed from my truck and buffed out to remove glue etc. I called several body shops. I went with them because they answered the phone, were transparent with pricing over the phone, and they ended up doing a good job. I live close so they also gave me a ride back and picked me up to get my truck which is was great. Every other body shop I called wanted to “look at it” despite it being an easy job. No one needs to look at that to provide a quote.
