I recently came to the Forever 21 Rancho Cucamonga store on December 4th, 2024 at 6:15 PM. I came in to return an item that I purchased at a different Forever 21 location. The cashier stated that she is unable to do the return because I purchased this item from a different store and that I have to go to the original store, 30 MINUTES away, to return the item. There is no indication anywhere on the receipt about this policy. Returns can be made at any Forever 21 location. My item was unworn, in its original packaging, and I had the receipt in hand. I’m completely unsatisfied with this interaction. I’ve worked retail before and this is not how you would treat any customer.

Google says they close at 9, I arrived at 7:50 and doors are locked. Either the employees are closing when they shouldn’t, or google is inaccurate. I drove all the way to this specific location for lack of correct information.

I've been a fan of Forever 21 since I was younger, always loving their cute clothes. Nowadays, I visit the store to buy gift cards for my nieces' birthdays. The store is consistently clean and well-organized, and I've never experienced any rudeness from the staff, unlike some other reviewers. A few months ago, I came in to buy a sweater and found an absolute gem – a Grinch hoodie that I instantly fell in love with. Forever 21 continues to be a great shopping destination for me!

I love this location!!! Forever 21 is such a great store! Such fun niche items! The employees are so super sweet and helpful! I've been shopping at Forever 21 for decades!!!! I'm so excited my kiddos get to shop there now!!!!!

I've had the worst experience at this forever 21 with no resolution. I bought items for a photo shoot only to get home and realized the representative did not put the dress I was charged for in my bag. I called numerous times with no answer went in seen a manager who told me she couldn't help me. I just want my money back for an item I never received I told them to go back and review the cameras before it gets too late. nobody has contacted I even opened up a case and still no contact I'm constantly calling. I am never going to shop at Forever 21 again the worst customer service ever. I can't even find the right person to talk to this issue has been ongoing for a month. All I want is my money back that I was wrongfully charged for.

Customer service is HORRIBLE, I was very uncomfortable no one greeted and walked right pass us without EVER acknowledging that we were there.

The staff is beyond rude!!! It's gotten to the point we will no longer shop here! the district manager needs to revamp his or her training and focus on customer service! No doubt they will lose money as online is an alternative without employees who have attitudes!

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! All sales associates were rude rushing customers out of the store. Including the manger!!!! Horrible customer service completely unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars.

This is the cutest Forever 21 in this area. It's a small, boutique-like store and the workers are always so willing to help and give outfit recommendations. They recognize the regulars and always make conversations with me!
