Julian is the worst guy and employee at the store he is so bad that he don't even say hi to me . I only bought from here because it was close to m house . I will file a complaint about him with the company because his shitty attitude gotta change .

Caid and Nate were awesome getting me set up with the PS4 Slim. Their service was really chill and gave it to me straight forward. Got both spider man games for the price of 1 so the value was definitely worth it. I'd recommend these guys for any game shopping experience!

This place is the worst I tried to get my son a game called Minecraft story mode and when we opened it up the disc didn't say complete adventure but the bar code did and my son was upset and we got scammed for 29.99$ dollar's this is not a good game store to go.

Came in yesterday to pick up a copy of amoured core and they said they didn’t get it in that day , ok whatever no big deal , now I’m trying to call today to cancel my preorder I paid off and no one will answer if I get down there and no one is there , I’m not coming to GameStop anymore plain and simple , just go digital no more psychical releases from a failing company

Called to confirm whether they had a copy of a game in stock, they confirmed they had 1 available. When I drove over ten minutes later and tried to buy it, the clerk told me he didn’t realize it had already been reserved. The other clerk recommended I either come back at 9pm or the next day to buy the item.Why am I going to give you guys another opportunity to waste my time?

I went in about 4 days ago to a week ago now to purchase a new PS5 controller. I'm on speakerphone with my cousin who works as a janitor on the grounds there. He met me there and he went inside. Afterwords I got a little hungry so my cousin went with me next door to get a sandwich. My car was parked in front of GameStop where me and my cousin talked until I finished my sandwich standing outside. WHY DID I GET A CALL WHERE MY COUSIN IS INFORMING ME GAMESTOP CALLED HIS JOB AND TOLD HIS BOSS WE MADE A DRUG DEAL IN GAMESTOP??? So for one you definitely just lost a customer as long as that man is working there. And since that man decided to go that far, I hope all of your cameras are working inside and in front of that place. And I hope he looks very good at when I came in there to see if there was any drug transaction that took place in or outside of that place. Because if not? That is defamation of character, and he tried to get a grown man with three teenage children fired on a lie. Now I almost went in there to tell that man off, but that type will just do nothing but act innocent and called the police. He needs to be fired immediately. He is lucky I can't find my receipt because I would expose his name
