You should change your hours because we came all the way from San Bernardino and it happens to be closed at 8:30pm when on google it says you close at 9pm.

Horrible service I went 4/01/24 like 5pm and I wanted to return a ps4 the girl there didnt accept it saying over 7 days and it was 6 days
I called customer service and they said I should be able to return it so k went to another game stop down the street and she was very good in helping me I was in and out in 10 minutes with my refund

I came in to buy an Oled Switch and wanted to trade in my Nintendo Switch Lite but when I asked to transfer over my information (mainly animal crossing) and was told they don't do it. Then the manager told her employee it was too busy (even though she was helping one other person no one else was in the store) and because of her laziness and unwillingness to help a customer we have to drive to another location that WILL do it and says of course they can do it. The manager could've assisted the associate if it was "so busy" but she went right back to her office after telling the associate it was "too busy and would take a long time". It wouldn't of pissed me off if she didn't lie straight to my face.

the service was GREAT. from the phone call with Zane and him giving me the best advice and even helping further along in the store. He's definitely a great help and went above and beyond for me and my family !!!

I stopped by the Gamestop at Victoria Gardens tonight shortly before closing. As soon as I walked in an employee said the store was closing in one minute. I told the diminutive, long blonde haired, male employee with several tattoos and decorative rings on his fingers that I would only be a minute and he replied there was no time to browse. I replied by saying "no wonder the store is empty." A minute later he said the store was closed and I left before finding out if the game I was looking for was available, didn't want to buy from there after this experience. I'll never go back to the Gamestop at Victoria Gardens or any other. Not suprised they are on the brink of bankruptcy considering the quality of customer service at this location. Goodbye Gamestop.
