I believe the delivery was made by Alejandra and she delivered it to the hospital for my daughter in law who had just blessed me with a new grandson! My daughter in law was so happy and excited. “I've been to this store a few times and never felt to add a review neither good nor bad. Its niche type of store and for me its really not my particular store I would shop at normally but my kids really love it. Customer Service has been adequate until last week which leads me to leave this review and give it a 5 star rating.

2 weeks ago I had bought a gift for my 2 daughters, one in which is Autistic, when coming home and not using this unnamed product ( I will not bash the product but will leave a product review on their website). The item started falling apart. For my daughter who isn't on the spectrum it was fine as she has no texture issue but for my daughter who is on the spectrum the texture from now the item that was falling apart is a huge concern. I called the store several days in a row with no luck of getting A hold of anyone , which is a negative but I believe in perfect timing. 3 days later I was able to call and actually get through and Jun answer. I explained the situation and knew that the item maybe hard to return as it was washed before first used but that it started falling apart. Jun was very understanding to my daughters needs and asked for me to bring the item in and he will see what he can do. When I got to the store Jun greeted me and had the exchangable item ready. He saw the damage area and examined the exchangable item and saw that it was made the same way and for saw us having the same issue. He than proceeded to check all othe item that were her size that could potentially have the same issue and told us the honest truth and gave us the option of exchanging it for a different type of item. We searched the store but my daughter was so fixated on the item she had that the disappointed was just shown clear on her face. My daughter shares the same name as one of the Disney princesses and was hoping to find something that had her name on it as a comparable replacement with the same meaningfulness that her damage item meant to her. Jun searched high and low in the store trying to find an item with that specific princess. He found 1 item an item my daughter wanted originally that she saw online but was out of my budget at the time. He said it was on sale and with my rewards it was only going to be $6 more than what I spent on my original item. With my daughters face lit up with overflowing excitement, I of course said yes!

Anyone with a child on the spectrum knows that this could have ended in a very devastating meltdown and because Jun made it a point to help my baby girl not only not get a product that will lead to disappointment in the near future, he went above and beyond to find an item that would be truly appreciate gift that will last and be what she wanted originally (which he didn't even know) . So Jun thank you so much for being sensitive to my daughters need and being a helping hand to making her birthday a even more meaningful with this special gift. Your kindness made a huge impact on out family and we are truly grateful for going above and beyond for our little girl”
