I have been using Golden Oaks Veterinary Hospital for years. Dr. Lanini was the main vet at that time. There have been changes, and only a few of the original staff are still there. I had the pleasure of meeting some of the new staff and Dr. Robles when one of my dogs required medical attention. I was very impressed with everyone that I met. They were very friendly and showed compassion in regards to the well being of my dog. My animals are my life, and I want only the best for them. Making an appointment is easy, and can be done online using PetDesk, or by phone if you don't have the App. If you are looking for a good Vet, friendly staff and great doctors, I highly recommend Golden Oaks Veterinary Hospital!!

We have gone through other vets in Rancho until we finally found not only a highly-professional staff but a staff that makes you feel like you are their most important customer! The reviews of Golden Oaks say to all, and we are SO HAPPY to have finally found them!. We actually drive by two other vets that are closer just to get to Golden Oaks. They are very kind to our kitties and the docs are not afraid to spend as much time as they need to explain things and to make sure we are comfortable with their care. Finally, our search for the perfect vet practice in Rancho is over. We love Golden Oaks!!

They took great care of my kitten Salem. She seems well cared for and there were no complications with her surgery. Plus they were the most affordable vet around.

Dr Feng and the rest of the staff were very considerate and kind. I had a medical emergency with my dog and everyone was so professional and understanding. Everyone was able to explain my baby's medical situation thoroughly and in a way that I, a layperson, was able to understand. I knew my girl was in good hands.

Every staff member was friendly from the front desk all the way to the vet. My two dogs were both seen and treated gently and with care. Beanz is terrified of going to the vet and this time , he didn't yelp or freak out . Plus two days later after treatment and going home with some meds , he looks and acts so much better than from the previous vet we had seen. The cost was affordable and I would 10/10 recommend !

I found an old paper from before I owned Inca, found out she was 18, not 16 or 17. I was holding her on my lap one night, she was snoring softly & I felt her start to roll off my lap, she normally would wake and catch herself but this time I had to catch her to keep her from falling & looked down and saw fear on her face and she could not move. I cuddled her for a few seconds and she finally could move her body again but I knew it was time and called Golden Oaks to make an appointment to put Inca down. I never wanted to see that fear and panic on that feisty, confident, brave little Inca again. I had seen her jump up to reach a Pit Bull's face to bite it. Fortunately he was young and looked at her as if she had lost her mind, breaking from her leash to attack him. Thank God he was so sweet, she did not want him coming into our yard. Anyone who loves their dog/cat/pet knows how difficult that choice put her down was. I am 89 and have always owned pets, you never get used to losing a beloved pet, but I have had few animals that were as close as Inca, whether it was due to the strong attachment Chihuahua's seem to form or because I lead a slower life and had more time with her, doesn't matter why, it was difficult, I could not even make it home before falling apart. But Golden Oaks has the most thoughtful, sensitive, kindest staff I have ever been privileged to come across. What a comfort they are, even to the sweet sympathy card I received. I have one dog left, Rosemary, she will be my last pet, Rosemary really went into a deep grief, I am too old to get a new companion for her, but my health aid, Paris, goes the extra mile and has taken Rosemary with her to do errands which I cannot do right now. I feel so blessed to have found Golden Oaks, not physically near me but dear to my heart. Cannot begin to tell you how I appreciate them, they have NEVER, disappointed me in the years I have taken animals there. They truly care about the animal's they treat and they are fair and honest in their dealings, I have never been charged more than they quoted but several time have been charged less than quoted.
