“I went on Wednesday 2/28 and talked to Bobby and I explained what I was looking for and he showed me 3 options and gave his input on all 3. Not once did he pressure me on buying anything. I came back today on 3/2 right when they opened and I was helped by Shannon. Who was just as helpful and personable. Every employee in there said hello or goodbye. If you’ve ever been to Turners, Ammo Bros, or bass pro and they treat you like a burden or they look down their nose at you. 2A is the exact opposite. This is the only place I’ll go from now on.”

“I have fired a few thousand rounds out of my HP22A. Runs great, takes everything I feed it. A few weeks ago the slide cracked and broke. I called customer service. They asked if I was the original owner and did I send in the warranty card. I said I did. They told me to send the slide along with my pistol serial number to Pheonix Arms. I did , about 3 weeks later a shiny new slide arrived in the mail. Customer service experience was the best.”

“I'd never stepped foot in a Bass Pro Shops... I was in awe. The place is huge and looked like a museum. There was a huge fish tank, a "shooting range," and boats for sale all in the same building. Bass Pro Shops had a huge variety of options for shoes, backpacks, guns... As I strolled through each aisle I grew more and more impressed with this store. They had everything from crocs to candles to hunting gear. I purchased some pepper spray, moon pies and shoe deodorizer. I left feeling quite pleased and convinced that this a place to spend an afternoon. The staff were helpful, bathrooms were clean and overall the vibes were great.”
