“I have fired a few thousand rounds out of my HP22A. Runs great, takes everything I feed it. A few weeks ago the slide cracked and broke. I called customer service. They asked if I was the original owner and did I send in the warranty card. I said I did. They told me to send the slide along with my pistol serial number to Pheonix Arms. I did , about 3 weeks later a shiny new slide arrived in the mail. Customer service experience was the best.”

The staff is friendly but honestly, you will leave a little sad because there are so many great things in there and unless you're rich, you can't get them all. Great store!”
