It is very hard to find an excellent urgent care. I’ve been here twice this year for upper respiratory infection. From the front desk to the MA’s and MDs, it’s been a pleasant experience. They truly care about their patients. Dr. Yi Zhang and Dr. Sabrina Moore-Cohen have listened to my concerns and have treated my symptoms. Thank you Thank you! ?

TERRIBLE SERVICE ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !They BUY their “good” rating, don’t fall for it. This place is TERRIBLE!!! We’re all entitled to our opinions and they take down all their real reviews to make themselves look decent. It’s all fake, I had the most terrible experience with my son. The CARELESS DOCTOR hurt my son, didn’t even let local anesthesia kick in before sticking a needle in him AND PROCEEDED TO FORGET TO SEND HIS MEDICATION WHILE IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN. Her name is Sabrina Moore Cohen, she can be sued for malpractice. They promote “Professional ER Doctors” YET make such petty mistakes? Yeah okay. From what I’ve heard this isn’t the first time this place tries throwing things under the rug and covering themselves. They’re all unprofessional, entitled, rude individuals who TALK BAD ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS while you’re waiting for hours in a room!!! I will definitely be making this a legal matter since they think it’s hilarious and didn’t even reach out or take accountability.I reached out plenty of times and was placed on hold over and over again, they didn’t even acknowledge their mistakes. This isn’t a restaurant, take things seriously!! ITS A PERSONS HEALTH AND POSSIBLY LIFE. You should have a clear understanding of that since you’re ER Doctors. We’re relatives of Rancho’s city council members and we’ll make sure this isn’t taken lightly. Consequences should be applied and clearly getting reviews taken down and replacing them with FAKE BOT reviews is your way of “fixing” things.See you soon!

By far one of the most easiest urgent care places I have had to experience. From the professionalism of the staff upfront(thank you Sara), to the assistant’s and the very knowledgeable, helpful Dr’s. Each time I experience an unfortunate injury or sickness this place is my go to.

Its been over a year ago we were last here. Unfortunately my wife had a horrible experience with Dr. Richardson treating her for an open wound on two separate visits. An anesthetic was applied at the last minute and no time given to take effect and he treated her right away. It was too painful for her to take but his insensitive and uncaring nature continued despite her pleas to stop. On the next visit no anestectic was applied and even more painful than the first visit when removing the old dressings and applying new. He simply ignored her cries and was rather dismissive. My wife had enough and refused to see him again and was treated better by a different doctor on her 3rd and 4th visit. My wife in speaking to the office said she did not want to be seen by him again and they replied its happened before so beware when being treated by this doctor!

This is by far the best urgent care I have ever been too. The staff were all wonderful and the doctor I worked with with was amazing. I hope I don't need to visit often, but I know I'll be in good hands should I need too.

I just left Elite urgent care on a Wednesday morning at about 9:30 am went in because I have a sore throat and an ear infection. I called in first to see if I would be seen and I was told I would be seen. This urgent care is very cleaned and the staff is very friendly I felt taken care of. They do requiere masks so please go in with your mask. Dr. Y Zhang was so nice and professional she explain everything to be and I felt taking care of. I will be coming here for any urgent matters from now on. Thank you Elite urgent care .
