Truly an unexpectedly great experience. I seldom get sick, and always think that the process for health insurance seems too difficult. However, I was wrong. It was actually a very straight forward process and was very happy with it.

“I called IEHP to schedule transportation this morning and I got a representative named Chantel funny thing is Chantel helped me yesterday with my fiance's transportation to dialysis we've been having some problems I was very happy to be getting the same person it doesn't happen very often I want to let people know this representative named Chantel is a wonderful person very helpful very kind very considerate understanding and she really listened and it got me to thinking the hospitals do the daisy award I think that they should come out with something for Representatives who spend so much time helping people.Update Keona is Amazing!!!!!!”
