I am very pleased to have found this shop. Had my 2011 Ford Explorer windshield done and they did a good and fast job. The Manager Ms. Erika goes above and beyond to attend to your needs. This shop has the best customer service.

This place is the bestHad my driver side window blown out on the freeway. Rock, pellet I'm not sure. I called and they had a tech run and get the glass and installed it immediately so I wouldn't be without a window overnightEli, his staff and technicians are awesome, friendly and efficient Can't recommend them high enough

One of our cars had 2 side windows broken from attempted theft... I called a few different glass shops in the area but it was Hilo that had the best pricing, service, and SPEED! Manager Erica over there was ON IT the entire time! We had a few phone calls and many texts messages as they had to special order one of the windows. She was very kind and accommodating during the entire process. We also decided to also get 2 windshields replaced at the same time. Their Technician Carlos (and his assistant) were very quick with the repairs! I highly recommend this shop for all your Auto Glass needs! Thank you again Erica and Hilo Team!

It was a quick and easy windshield replacement. I gave them a call in the morning , they came to me the same day and replaced my windshield within 30 minutes.
