Have always loved this store, attentive employees, they ask if you need help or open the dressing room, always clean and tidy, and love the clearance section, not overly friendly staff, very young employees but will return and recommend.

wow its 10:10 AM on a rainy cold Wednesday, and they are not open I called, they said they open at 10AM... Ive been standing outside for 10 minutes, really!!!

awful customer service- I was in fitting room & asked for a different size the worker was short w me & never returned or acknowledged me after that so i had to change and go search on my own. i then asked a different girl to help me find my size & she said they were out of stock but I noticed there was one left on the mannequin, she proceeded to tell me that if she takes it off the mannequin then i HAVE TO BUY IT, lol never heard of that before. just seemed like the 2 girls i interacted with did not want to help or do their jobs at all. seemed like SUCH an imposition for her to take shorts off the mannequin saying i HAD to purchase them if she took the time to remove them for me.. so i bought them & im not even 100% sure i like them but apparently thats there store policy? thats what she told me at least. I'll be avoiding this location just totally rude ppl i interacted with like it was a burden on them if i asked a single question. they need customer service training for sure.

Went to this store on Sunday, picked up lot of clothes, went to fitting room and was told that fitting rooms are closed already as they were going to close store in 45 minutes, I didn't understand the logic. I won't buy clothes worth $400 without trying them. I think they don't want business and I will think twice before supporting this kind of business in future and if anyone in management read this, please explain the logic behind closing fitting rooms one hour before closing store

I visited this store yesterday on 02/03/21. My daughter and I waited over 30 minutes waiting for someone to come check us out. We were not acknowledge. I will not be visiting this business again due to extremely poor customer service.

Great deals and customer service. They have strict limit capacity during the pandemic and it's great to see the happy and positive vibes in this store. Their fitting rooms are closed but it's easy to return a product that doesn't fit or isn't your taste.
