Ryan is the nicest person. They have been servicing my office for over 10 yrs. I had a problem with my autoclave in another office in Ventura county and he walked me through how to repair it over the phone. It took almost 30min but he stuck with me and was super helpful and nice. I Highly recommend this company.

I called them today . Over the phone , Ryan helped me to fix the problem .

I called them because my autoclave was not turning on . I talked to Ryan.He told me that they are booked and they can come to the office next week . I told him that I can not wait that long . He asked me more questions and gave me step by step instruction and helped me fix the problem . He was also very polite .
