Came here looking for a reclining sectional and was helped out by Hugh. We purchased the Dayton 3pc leather and it's exactly what we were looking for.! Very happy with our purchase and thankful to Hugh and Woody for helping us answer all our questions. Delivery was also great. We will continue to purchase our furniture here.

I bought a reclining couch just over a year ago. I am still paying it off and am disappointed because it is horribly uncomfortable. I'll be buying another couch in the next few months, though not from Jerome's, because my back hurts from sitting on this couch. Even my kids complain. Wasn't worth the cost because it's so miserable to sit on.

Good selection but their stuff is crap. This is the dinning beach we never use. We know it's not sturdy. But to have small children sit on it once and it breaks, come on. Its sole purpose is for sitting. And we got the accidental insurance that covers an entire zero percent of any accident. They determine its negligence or manufacture defects or standard wear and tear (or just standard break). But the sales person will swear that it covers everything. If you'd like to waste your money on trash furniture and add the zero percent coverage insurance, stop on by their large showroom. Two stars because their stuff is pretty to look at and their staff was nice. One star for each. Update: emailed them and shocking..... no response. But it's a good cover on their end to try look like they want to help. It's all an act, but now they go to one star for even attempting to look like they cared, when they don't.

Freddy is AMAZING!!!! Everyone who knows me knows I only buy furniture from Jerome's and now our oldest daughter got her own apartment so that's exactly where we took her. As soon as we walked in Freddy greeted us and pointed us in the direction of living room furniture. This is her first place so we are not trying to break the bank. He helped us find something she loved , affordable and in stock!!! So it's a win win situation. Freddy has outstanding customer service he's down to earth and really cares about the customers. So as we were walking out after my daughters purchase and of course we took the scenic route and BOOM ended up buying a new family room sectional for our house to replace the one we bought from Jerome's about 7 years ago. Of course Freddy was right there helping us to compare and accessorize with rugs pillows etc. Freddy doesn't pressure you to make a purchase he just makes sure you know all Of your options. He is a top notch sales person and of course we will be back !!!! Whoever reading this please let Freddy know his customer service is high quality and unmatched. We will be back to see Freddy and get some more items for our house and our daughter's apartment. Thanks Freddy see you soon!

Delivery guy rushed me to sign without giving me a chance to check the loveseat. I told him that I couldn't sign without checking the product. I wrapped the furniture myself as quickly as possible. While I was working on it he told me he had no time to wait and rushed me without even helping me. I understand that he didn't have to help but at least have some courtesy and gave me 10 minutes to unwrap the furniture and eyeball the furniture. This was even a delayed product that couldn't make it in the first delivery due to the damaged good. I spent over a thousand dollar for this and I was not planning to accept the furniture without checking. Very poor job Jerome's Furniture.

I don't normally write reviews but my experience has been BAD. I purchased the Omega sofa sleeper February 2023. Delivery was delayed. The sofa quality was not the same as on the showroom. It felt like sitting on a board. Also the chaise lounge legs were tweaked and did not touch the floor. They exchanged it and gave me some credit for the Omega sofa sleeper April 2023. Delivery did not arrive until around August 2023. When they delivered it the delivery company had a hard time attaching the sofa arm. When they left it came loose so I filed an Oops Claim. The tech came out and inspected it and attached it. Now December 8,2023 (4 months later!) the same sofa arm is loose. As the tech was reattaching the arm he showed me the box under the chaise was bending and said this is probably why the arm is coming loose. He instructed if it happens again attach it and hammer it down using a mallet?!?! Or I can get a 2x3 wood and reinforce it but that would void the warranty. I have asked they take the sofa back and refund me as the quality of poor! They offered me an exchange for the SAME sofa or another sofa equal or greater value. I've checked their website and for the same style sofa the measurements are HUGE and won't fit my place. They tell me that's all they can do! There is no empathy in their customer service. So ironic their email signature says Making Customers for Life. What a crock of sh*t. I also bought a TV stand a couple of months ago. The first stand was damaged!!! I had to wait till they could find a non damaged stand. Their furniture quality is below standard! I will NEVER shop Jerome's again! If I could give a negative star I would. I went and checked out Living Spaces and their outlet items quality surpasses Jerome's by far.

This store has many options and styles to look at. Love that they have solid wood pieces. David was so patient and helpful with my purchase the entire time. He even helped me figure out financing options.

There's no pick up options available, which makes no sense. So now even if you go purchase a tiny night stand or anything you can easily load into your car.. you have to pay for delivery. Which starts at $89. You can buy a $50 40 inch painting and have to pay $89 for delivery, when you can just throw it in your sedan with 1 hand. They said the only way to waive delivery is to pick it up in San Diego over 2 hours away. So be prepared to pay starting at $90 and upto $200 on delivering at item you can do yourself. They said that store is strictly a show room. Living Spaces and Mathis Brothers and well literally everyone else let's you get your own items for free.

It's not my type of store. I never could find anything interesting in it. Most of their furnitures are bulky and looks like old days. I love to see a modern and nice furniture when I go to the store. I hope they change the style of their furniture.

The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. We came fairly late and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We thought we knew what we wanted as soon as we walked in, but ended up needing more time. They took the time to assist and were incredibly kind. They truthfully answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. They never tried to encourage us into buying something more costly, but instead encouraged us to go with the deals they were running (and it was a great deal!). I would definitely recommend Jerome’s!
