Called and spoke to an employee. I asked the price for a certain brand of shoe ?. He was annoyed ? and told me to look online. Not helpful at all. He was just too busy playing videogames on his cell phone ??They wanted 50$ for the shoe ? online. I went online to Amazon and got the same shoe for 29$. I won't go to this store anymore. I don't want to bother them while they are playing videogames.

The retail clerk was Awesome. I didn't get her name. Thin woman of color that was multi-tasking and was very helpful all at the same time.

Trying to return a pair of rainbow sandals that was bought for me as a gift ..I walked in with a receipt just didn't have the cardboard that the shoes are hanging on when I purchased them, and never wore. All four of the lethargic looking people working there that approach me when I walked in the store , said without the cardboard tag they wouldn't give me a refund or exchange ...I'll never come back to the store again.. losers

I went in the store and placed an online order. Cali, their employee placed the order but made the mistake of processing it as a cash payment.When she noticed the mistake. She held me up while calling customer service to cancel it. She processed another order and I paid with a card. She processed it correctly the second time.Days go by and I do an online chat to see what the status of my order is. I was told it was canceled because it was out of stock and no stores had that size in stock. She then tells me the duplicate order was canceled. So I ask her to confirm if it was canceled because it was labeled as a duplicate order. She says it was. So there is lie number one. She then says I paid cash so I could only be refunded a check. I told her I had the receipt and that I paid with a card. There is lie number two. She then says you paid with a debit card and we can't refund those. Why not just say that to begin with. Why all the corporate, customer service cover ups???So I call in person and was told there was nothing they could do to provide free shipping. So I would either incur shipping charges or go in person to get refunded on my card and place an order with free shipping.All of this trouble because no one could call the store location to see if in fact it was a duplicate order or not.So I go in to place an order and they debit my account. They have the funds and I have no shoes. Why not just place a temp hold on the funds like most retailers do until you know for sure if you will be able to fulfill the order. And the best they can do is sorry but wait for a check to be processed or drive a 40 min round trip and sorry nothing can be done about your shipping charges. How is this in any way rectifying all of their mistakes? What a poor experience.

Very rude staff I wanted to buy shoes and when I went to go ask for a size no one acknowledged me and the two "hipster" white women rolled their eyes. The staff proceeded to have a "group hug" and bumped into my friend on purpose. They are very unprofessional never coming to this location again.

I like the shoes here. They go really good with relaxed fit jeans (I can't wear skinny jeans cause my moms says no). I also have some non slips for work. I haven't slipped since I got the the non slips. Exactly what you'd expect from shoes that say that they are non slip shoes.
