Worst customer service ever! doing business over 15 years but each time when you need something no one able to be reach or call back or hang up on you!. they down grade our service without information but keep the rate the same just because we no longer interested to sign contract; however soon you interested to upgrade or sales o wow call you back in 2 min, what a business they run

I have worked with Justin at Just In Time for the past 12+ years. He has provided DirecTV service to our full service hotel. Always quick to assist with any tech or service issues, reviews my pricing yearly and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recomment.

We have worked with Just In Time for 12+ years at our full-service hotel near the Airport in Spokane, WA. They have always given great service from day one whether it be for tech questions, service, pricing issues and even how to keep the ice off the satellite. Always friendly and quick to resolve any issues. If I have a question about the pricing they are very thorough at getting our hotel the best prices for the exact programming we need. Never have had poor service from anyone from the top executive to any tech or service team member. Always great. We highly recommend Just in Time.

JITC has let us down many times. I would never recommend anyone using them for lodging. We have had to wait over seven days to even get a technician without the part that we needed. I understand this as a onetime thing but it happened multiple times that we were down for multiple days. This caused us to be down for almost 2 weeks one time. I have caught them lying to me on a few occasions. They give you the runaround. I had multiple properties with them for many years. It has been smooth sailing after the switch with the new provider and a lot less issues.
