“My hot side bathroom sink valve was leaking. I went to all the big box hardware stores. They asked me what brand my faucet was. We bought the home 23 years ago!!!! Nobody could help. I finally remembered PWO from a prior interaction. The lady took one look at it, and immediately identified it as a valve stem from a Company that went out of business decades ago. Through cross referencing and knowing that other Companies have taken over making parts that used to be made by now defunct Companies, PWO was miraculously able to supply me with that almost impossible valve stem to find. Getting that part saved me a fortune in what I thought was going to happen.......buying all new faucet hardware and having to hire a plumber to fix my dilemma.
