“Ran into this gem by accident. Found a vanity from them that I liked on another large company website and had questions about it. Posted my questions. No answers, so I found Design Element online and wrote to them. Heard back a couple of days later, answering my questions. Found out they had a showroom by me. From the first moment we met her in the showroom, Loretta has been unfailingly friendly, helpful and a delight to interact with. “This store is really nice! It's definitely better to go in person than to order online! Paulie is the employee that helped me and my mom pick out tile for my bathroom! He was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable about the tile selection. He picked the perfect designs and gave us great options along the way. He also loaded the heavy slabs on the cart and put them in the car for us! We didn't even have to ask him. We had a great experience because of Paulie. My bathroom is gonna look great”

“My hot side bathroom sink valve was leaking. I went to all the big box hardware stores. They asked me what brand my faucet was. We bought the home 23 years ago!!!! Nobody could help. I finally remembered PWO from a prior interaction. The lady took one look at it, and immediately identified it as a valve stem from a Company that went out of business decades ago. Through cross referencing and knowing that other Companies have taken over making parts that used to be made by now defunct Companies, PWO was miraculously able to supply me with that almost impossible valve stem to find. Getting that part saved me a fortune in what I thought was going to happen.......buying all new faucet hardware and having to hire a plumber to fix my dilemma. PWO is THE go-to for your plumbing needs.”
