Terrible experience in purchasing a door and trying to schedule the install. The door arrived at Lowe’s but we were never notified. Found out about the arrival 10 days later because we inquired about our door. We then have tried to schedule the install but a person named Ruth left voicemails to call for scheduling the install. Our return calls always went to voicemail. We finally called Lowe’s to get a direct phone number to the installer and bypass the scheduler. Going back to Home Depot or local store for future big purchases.
We finally made it to the install and the installer had to go back and return the door to Lowe’s because it is the wrong door and does not match the invoice. Unbelievable, Lowe’s has had the door for over a month and nobody did a check to ensure that the invoice and the door matched.

I own a mechanic shop and use Craftsman as my beater tools. Went in to replace an allen socket set that has round out. The employee at the front desk immediately says we can't help you with the whole set just the one socket or tool that is damaged. I've done this for 7 years with no issues. So I calmly explain to him I've done this multiple times and that they don't just sell the one allen socket on its own, and every time I was told that they end up swapping out the whole set because they don't sell them individually. Well once I mentions that he got upset I was telling him how to do his job he calls over a female manager that immediately goes to tell me the same things instead of hearing me out and what I had to say. only after getting upset and explaining to them that they're out of policy and what their saying doesn't hold up to Craftsman and Lowe's replacement policy. They then call over Juan the "real manager" who refuses to help me as well and when I ask him to show me the policy knowing I knew he was wrong he tells me to leave and will not help me. I went directly to the Upland Lowe's and had no issue. I hope Lowe's sees this and takes action towards Juan and others!!!!!!

I wish there was a minus score, BUYER BEWARE of buying kitchen cabinets from this place, it's been a total nightmare dealing with them. We paid for the cabinets in November and have had nothing but problems. Starting with the quality which lots of the 30k cabinets being a cheap cardboard type material. Some doors came damaged and the replacements were also damaged, took 3 times to get it right. We're still waiting for several other pieces to finish the kitchen 3 1/2 months later. Promises made and broken over and over again. It's been a nightmare that seems never ending. Do yourselves a favor and don't commit the same mistake we made. I hope this helps someone thinking about it.

THEY SOLD ME A DOOR THAT DOES NOT FIT MY OPENING! NOW THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT! Very dissatisfied with the service received. Purchased a security screen door for the door from my backyard to my garage. The door frame is TOO short and the threshold is TOO short. Lowe's claims this is a perfect fit - no way to correct the gap at the bottow of the door approximately 2 inches by 1 inch. Purpose of the door was to let air circulate in the garage. Now I have a rodent problem which has caused additional expenses (exterminator and damage in my garage). Door was also defective - It was a Gateway door (mfg by a Lowe's company) The paint started chipping off when 3 week old. They are willing to replace the door but not willing to make the door fit my opening. If I return the door, they are not willing to provide a full refund. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and disabled. Shame on Lowe's for taking advantage of a senior citizen! The sales person helped be pick out locks that could be re-keyed and told me the installer could re-key the locks. Installer refused!!!! They make promises and do not live up to their word. LOWE'S CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

The worst do not buy from Lowe's I ordered a fridge and it was delivered damaged so I told the guys to take it back I was given a number to call the doc warehouse to schedule a new date for delivery and was given Saturday and guess what Saturday came nothing no delivery I called again they told me they were going to send the order because they for some reason didn't do it so now I have to wait until Friday I was livid I have no fridge all my food spoiled and so I called and canceled my order I'll take my ass to home depot and get a fridge there

If you're ready to jump through hoops, and get a special order, this is the store to go to. I don't have my customers order products from Lowe's because of all the headaches and hassles that I've had in the past. Their system is not integrated in such a way that their computer shows online orders with in-store purchase orders so when you're picking up something if they put in the wrong computer, it shows not found! This is ridiculous! I like the store, but the customer service is no longer what are used to be! So sad!

I went to Lowe's for a simple tile job. I picked out the tile, paid the $35 for an estimate and then paid to have the job done. I was told that everything was in stock and that I will hear from the installers in a couple of days. It took 2 phones and an escalation just to get a call from the company that Lowes uses to install tile to call and arrange a date for the installation. The date I was given was 5 weeks from the date I paid them. If I was told that upfront, I would have used another company. Lowes should contract with a different company, use multiple companies or be upfront with potential customers of the length of an installation with take so they can make an informed decision

Horrible shopping experience dealing with saddie and the operating manager on 8/11/23 wanted them to assist me with an order I've been dealing with at from various store locations , and maybe they shouldn't be on the morning shift if they're going to be lazy and not even get up from the desk to address you , they were not able to help out with my order when other store employees have been great during my home remodel , the total of the 3 employees at the service desk are by far the worst at customer service

Had a interesting encounter with an employee today around 11:20-11:30. Near isle 30. I was shopping for a container for storage, had a tough time finding a 50gallon tote container with a matching lid. Basically had to scavenge through all of them but did not make a mess with the containers. Finally found something that worked and was leaving the isle. A worker came (lady) gave me a death stare, shook her head and started aggressively straightening and pushing back the containers and lids. Mind you I did not leave them a mess but she felt the need to start aggressively start fixing the isle I was leaving. What happened nice people these days? Was it so hard to say did you find everything ok? Very unnecessary. Also, had a amazing customer service experience with the young man or kid in the gardening section.

I love this place. Terri in paint is so nice. She asked me if I needed help and even custom made me a color. She's like my paint fairy godmother. The colors was a perfect match. Then when I went to checkout, I saw a bunch of self checkout registers, but I hate those. Chuck opens up a register for me so I didn't have to self checkout. I went back two more times last week. Each time I had amazing customer service.

The five stars go to Brendon, a young man who works at lowes. I left the garden center to load my car with 2 heavy bags of garden soil. He ran over and asked to help me. Im a 60 plus year old female, and those two bags were going to be tough on me. He loaded them quickly. Brendon, Thank you again!

I'm not satisfied with Lowes in Rancho Cucamonga, specifically with the store manager "Juan", first my delivery was postponed, changing plans was disappointed but I had no choice, Second, when my Pit Boss pellet grill arrived, was broken, now I have to deal with another problem, at this point, I already lost 3 working days to finally received the grill, after speaking with Juan (the manager), he promised a credit or discount on my account since I pay the purchased with the Lowes card, several calls and weeks later, still didn't get the credit, now when I escalated with Juan (again), he is referring me to the main warehouse since the delivery came from them and not from the store in rancho, as a customer, I feel like I will never return back to that store, Juan did not own the problem or do anything to solve the issue, now I have to deal with a third party who was not the one who offer me the credit in the first place. Juan, you are not the worst manager I ever deal with, but you certainly don't have the proper skills to be a manager, never make false promises, I rather get an apology from day one instead of wasting my time dealing with you.

Arrived at 5:55 p.m. tonight Left at 6:15. No service in the mini blinds. I guess customer service is a thing of the past for the store. I will continue to shop elsewhere

I recently purchased closet shelves at your store (after searching at several other locations) and Yolanda from cabinets went above and beyond with her customer service on helping us. Nobody else wanted to check the stocked shelves above and she did and found the last three. She asked for assistance from co workers to help her with a forklift and no guy had time because "they needed to get out of there" in there own words, very unprofessional. You provided the best customer service and more. She is definitely a more than valuable employee. All the male co-workers she asked, we're just standing around Esther do all the work. She needs to be acknowledged.
