The service is very good. The place is clean. There is plenty place to park. I got 60% off my item. Price is good. Do not wait in line at all. The neighborhood is good. They're on sale a good place to go to buy. Not busy at all.

I like how they put all the nice couches and mattresses at Macy's home. They all look nice. I liked one of the couches that can change into bed. And I also like one of the tempur pedic Mattresses. Plus they have alot of nice sets of blankets with pillows for a good price. I will definitely recommend this Macy's home that's in Victoria Gardens, to anyone.

I was able to meet the Absolutely nicest sales employees at Macys Alberto and Ivan I believe the Manager, at the Carolina Herrera perfume counter. OMG LOVE THEM! And yes I did purchase lipstick and Of Course the Beautiful High-heeled bottle of perfume .

Kitchen appliances, decors, and furniture are on this floor. I love going there to look for sale or clearance items. Good quality. Clean and organized.

This used to be the home or kitchen section of the store and now it's the Ross/Marshalls/TJ Maxx section. Most of the stuff here you will find/see at TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Ross, Nordstrom Rack. There are a few really designer items back here as well. But the look of it mimics the stores I listed earlier. I was on Amazon comparing prices for the perfume and cologne and Nordstrom Rack was carrying the same thing for the same price. We did find nice kids clothes for $0.50 to $2 dollars! Overall worth the trip upstairs to see what they have.

Worst customer service experience ever. I bought a 250 kate spade bag which tore within months of purchasing. I was not looking for a refund of cash just credit towards a new bag. Of my $250 i was refunded only 120 and I have to wait 7 days to receive it in the mail. I wasn't even allowed to use credit towards a new bag. I was treated poorly, no concern for the fact that i had spent my hard earned money at this store. I will no longer be shopping here. I purchased clothes, shoes, perfume and makeup here on a regular basis..Its sad that Maria was so unhelpful..the first associate Kelly was very lovely.. other than that I felt scrutinized and looked down upon because I didn't have my receipt. The Kate Spade bags are under lock and key I paid for it legitimately and honestly. Macys stole my money i would not recommend anyone to shop here
