Only open 10a-2p on Saturday 6/22/2024. Opens 20mins late. No apology. Mislabeled packages with a clear name from the sender got labeled for another mailbox renter. Good thing I just paid for an entire year though, right? ?

I stopped here two days before Christmas to deliver a FedEx package overnight and it was a very good experience. The young woman working at the counter was helpful and efficient. They had everything I needed and even let me use some tape for my box. There are a lot of negative reviews by cheapskates that don't want to pay one dollar for the convenience of dropping off a package here as opposed to waiting in line at the US post office. I thought the inside of this business was very clean very pleasant and I liked all the pictures of California memorabilia on the wall.

Very inconvenient and unprofessional. I obtained this p.o. Box a year ago. I come from a distance and they are never available. Never here. I shouldnt have to call to ask if they are open during business hours. I have been by many times and either they close early or they are out on “an emergency”. They had a sign at the door stating theyd be back at 3, i waited an hour and was late to work because i needed my mail. A few months ago someone who wasnt me or even family (had they asked for id) all he did was give them my name and tell them he was there for my mail. They gave him my mail and that was it. I could have sued them but im not the person to do that. I didnt even receive any discount or anything for their discrepancy. Today i come to get my mail and arrive right at 6 (they changed their hours and i was unaware of it), the lady saw me (she was playing with a baby) and she didnt care to acknowledge me. Instead she went to the back room to hide. What is the point of a p.o. Box if i cant access my mail. Oh but be sure they will call you to make sure you renew and pay $200 to keep your box. I have had packages delayed or returned because they are never here to receive them.

every since they changed ownership they are the worst customer service in the planet. It is very bad, there are attitude having people a tall lady with the blonde hair I asked a simple question she got so extremely sarcastic with me with witnesses and turned and said oh I wasn’t being sarcastic, the mail carrier even said she said that, but she was very sarcastic. I canceled my box a month ago because of their bad service I come here at 10 and one day and they’re closed - no longer can you go in after hours. I came back at about 1pm, I asked what time do you guys open? I was told at 10 she said oh we were here at 10 I said no but you weren’t I decided to cancel my service when they decided to add nine dollars for each additional name. now there is only one name in my household however my children’s name could come through there every now and then and they gonna charge me nine dollars and I said forget it.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED She CHARGES TO DROP off a package!!! When I Questioned why - she said that the pick up places charges her!!! I said what about all the other packages that are here she said everybody pays a fee i said your only place in the area that charges to drop off she very rudely said I don't think so ..lol. ummmm YA YOU ARE!!! ILL gladly take my business elsewhere

We booked a Uhaul at Crystal Alkaline Waters and when we arrived the owner said he gave it away. So we saw this place also did Uhauls and had one available - customer service was great! The woman working the front was sweet and greeted us when we walked in. I think she was the owner. She was doing a DHL shipment for a customer in front of us that was taking a while, but the owner kept acknowledging us and explained the international shipping takes a bit longer than regular shipping. Getting the Uhaul was easy as-well and she explained everything to us! Cute little shop with a variety of items. Would come here again!

I used to come here more often. Not sure if management has changed. They now charge $1 for drop offs. It was convenient for me to ship stuff out as well as dropping off some packages -- my one stop shop. Since they now charge for drop offs, I'm going to go elsewhere.

Our charitable organization has used this company for many years, and have always found their service to be friendly, prompt, and reliable. The cost for a yearly mailbox subscription is comparable the the post office without the crowds and inconvenience. Lori (sp?) is always a delightful person who is knowledgeable and eager to please.

STAY AWAY unless you enjoy rude and unprofessional. This mailbox center was once worth a visit. Ever since some yahoos bought the business about 1.5 years ago, it went straight into a fire dumpster. I can only imagine what the people who rent boxes must be experiencing. Surprised they are still in business. Probably not for much longer, for everyone's sake.
