High prices and the store is kind of messy. Don't offer returns or exchanges either.

Great store with good true thrift store pricing! Found some great Nike performance skirts for $5 and a couple purse bags for $3. Great deal on used books also. I would highly recommend checking out

My family was in this store on November 3rd at 2:00- 3:00 pm to do some shopping. My daughter has music lessons in the same shopping center, so she walked in with her guitar and placed it on a sofa across from the cash register while looking around with my wife. When my family was done shopping, they walked out without the guitar because they forgot it, but at the same time, it was forgotten because the guitar was no longer on the sofa (out of sight, out of mind), and by the time it dawned on them, the store was closed. The next day (11-4 ), my wife called at opening time and rushed to the store to claim the guitar. Unfortunately, the manager said she sold it to some guy before closing the shop the previous day. My wife called me from the parking lot and explained that the manager said, "Oh well." I talked to the manager over the phone and explained that she must be accountable for selling our guitar but not getting anywhere with her; she said she would have her supervisor call me. I spoke to the supervisor later that day, but she was cold to the point that the guitar was gone; sorry, you have no recourse; it's your fault for laying it on the sofa. Mind you, they did sell it, and in my opinion, the LEAST they could have offered was to forward the proceeds, but no. MCC Thrift Stores has a chain of about 85 stores throughout. They are a supposed Anabaptist Christian ministry that uses proceeds generated by sales at MCC Thrift shops to support relief, development, and peace work worldwide. Even though their mission is noble, how are they not accountable to the customers? They refused us access to the cameras, they refused any accountability for the guitar, and all this with a "whatever" attitude, at least that is how I interpreted the attitudes. And to the store managers, don't bother responding to this review so the public can see your excuses.

I use to come to his thrift store a couple of years ago it was so small I always found something. I always thought their prices were a little bit higher than most thrift stores. So Friday I decided to take a drive out there first there new location was a lot bigger which was nice. The employees weren't so friendly I tried making small talk with the cashier she didn't seem interested in talking oh well. Their prices are still on the high end which is sad since they are donated items. But I still had fun looking for treasures. Whoever is in charge of pricing calm down just a tad. We go looking for bargains.

I often bought the baby clothes from this store and they all smelled good. I am wondering on what type of softener that they used.

Was informed the store closed in Ten Minutes, then told to leave the store because of my open carry knife. First time being told this by the many antique stores and other thrift stores in San Dimas, Riverside, Redlands, or upland.

This is one of my Husband's and my favorite thrift stores. Prices are fair, there is a good selection and great deals when you can find them like $1 color of the week tags or all clothing/shoes 50% off. MCC is decently organized by men/women and sized. I really appreciate that there are two fitting rooms and a restroom, though not the cleanest. The staff is kind, and I love the music they played the last two visits.
