This place is a scam, I came in November 2023 got the full works on a sand colored suit and paid less than 200 for a rental. came back January this year for just a black coat and pants and they were trying to charge me the same amount. how does that make sense? I understand what all the other reviews are talking about. I got some guy named Sam to try to help me then walks to the back and hands me over to a female to assist me. I was quoted the same amount at macys but you get to KEEP the suit. You would think a RENTAL would be more affordable. I suggest you buy to keep than to rent from this scam of a place. Macys, Jc penny's, etc there's even a place at the mills more affordable. I came here bc online it quotes you for a rental it would be cheaper and that was not the case. Smh

My first time at men's Wearhouse was really good. Robert was very helpful and very friendly. I needed my suit tailored in 4 days and it was ready in 2. I highly recommend this location and are planning on my next visit.

Don't even waste your time coming to this location. Not sure why the workers at this location decided to work in retail... horrible customer service literally the worst. They just stand there and talk with each other .. no type of help.

I had an excellent experience at Men's Wearhouse yesterday thanks to Michael! Michael provided the best customer service experience - one that has been lacking in most retail establishments nowadays. Michael was quick to greet me and see what I needed help with. He was able to match my size just by looking at me. He recommended some great options with sport coats, pants, shirts, etc. Anything I needed he was quick to find options and assist me in getting great looking outfits. Thanks to Michael for being so helpful and providing great service!

I got excellent service from Robert on a rush I had for a new jacket, shirt and tie. Octavio did the sleeves and I look great. Store was busy and short staffed but customer service was excellent. They saved my day!

I swear the ONLY nice rep at this location is Sky. Other than Sky there is NO other respectful or professional reps. The first time we came in we dealt with Sky she was great. After that we dealt with another man who rushed us during our custom tux appointment. And was extremely condescending when I told my fiancé what styles I liked because he ASKED ME and the man told me "why don't women ever care what WE like?"And then my two young children started arguing and he started trying to give me parenting advice.Second time we came in, we waited in line at the register to pick up my fiancés PURCHASED tux and without asking this man tells us "go over there to pick up a tux." And when we walked over to the RENTAL area where HE pointed us... they said we had to walk BACK to the register. They're rude, rushed, not professional nor do they have good customer service skills. Horrible. ZERO STARS unfortunately yelp doesn't give that option. Go somewhere else.

They seem to be understaffed most of the time I’ve been there. But the employees are still friendly and helpful. They do what they can and it seems that it may be a manager issue with scheduling or other employees calling out. Aside from this, this particular location is good.

I came in to the store today to rent a tuxedo for my wedding. When I got there it took about 20 minutes or so before someone even acknowledged me. When I was finally attended 40 minutes or so after coming into the store. The employee that attended me apparently only worked in the sales department. I was in there for a rental. When the employee that was assigned to assist me was told that I was there for an rental, he acted as if it was the worst thing in the world that he had to help me. When he finally did assist me he was very unwelcoming and unwilling to provide me with any options or any sort of advice on what I should or shouldn't wear. He didn't even ask me what my color scheme was, when I tried to change the colors on a few items he made it seem as if they didn't have the colors I was looking for. When he finally rang me up, he didn't even provide me with the tuxedo that I wanted. I looked at the receipt and realized that there was a few items that weren't correct. I immediately walked back into the store and attempted to change those items, by this time he was already assisting someone else. Instead of telling me to hold on or that he would be glad to help me, he gave me an excuse saying that he didn't have the colors that I wanted that's why he chose those colors in the receipt instead. When I got home I realized that more things were wrong in the receipt. I called the store to ask about changing the color of my undershirt and my pocket square. The employee that's assisted me over the phone, never mentioned anything about those colors not being available. She was more than willingly to help, and changed the colors for me and told me everything was set to go. However, this left me feeling uneasy. This is a big moment for me and I don't want to show up in something that I didn't ask for. I did some digging on the website and found something that is the actual color scheme of my wedding. I looked through the website and there's plenty of colors to work with and plenty of styles to work with. But because I got a representative that poorly represented Men's Wearhouse I was left with some mediocre options. I already paid for the rental and full, and I am not satisfied with the options that I was provided with or the service. I'm going to see about going to another Men's Wearhouse in hopes of better treatment and better options. I would like a response back from a manager immediately, this is unreasonable. This is no way to treat customers no matter how busy your store gets or how low staff you are. I was going to wave it off, but like I said this is a big moment for me and I feel like my experience should have been much better. I can't imagine people coming in here and getting that kind of treatment and spending top dollar. Also for the gentleman that helped me today if you don't like your job there's plenty of work out there somewhere else. As someone who works with customers I never show up to work with that kind of attitude. I was not a difficult customer at all, all I wanted was some help and options. I came into the store today thinking I would get that, but sadly didn't.

Staff standing in the corner talking to themselves. After a solid 5 Kim, no one in the store, I was helped. Young person was rude and acting as if I was bothering her. Asked to help choose a suit. She actually kicked one with her foot, too annoyed she had to help someone, than point at or pick it up by hangar. I just turned and left. An older gentleman asked me why I was leaving and I explained it was the unprofessional experience from the staff. Won't be bacl.

I had a great experience today. I was in dire need to correct an online order for a tuxedo rental that I got in the mail. Ethan was very courteous and got a new tuxedo rental made again with priority shipping. All this before I needed to fly out for the wedding within a week. Thank you Ethan! Advice: Don't do the online fitting just come to the store and have them size you that way you don't up in a pickle like I did.

The Assistant Manager Robert and Associate Ethan really turned things around for me. Last month I had the worst experience with some of the employees up there where they were rude and tried to charge me full price on a rental after they confirmed I can pay a deposit only. Robert and Ethan were very friendly, accommodating, polite, and quick to assist. Best service from those two out. I advise you ask for them if you want good service at this location.

Just like some of the reviews that I just read. I wish I could give them a zero. The Men’s Warehouse associate that didn’t help me in the Rancho Cucamonga store was extremely rude, distasteful, and told me that I was liar. My husband tried the shirt on, and found that it did not fit and was extremely uncomfortable. But he DID NOT wear it. The MW cashier denied any refund because he claims the shirt and tie had been worn. Yes I am upset because he denied me. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t. But I’m even more upset because of the way he treated me and talk to me and looked at me. He treated me like he was better than me and I’m sorry he isn’t.

The manager, Michael, was very nice and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and got me the exact suit I was hoping to find very quickly. Make sure you ask for him if you go in. He will take care of you, and make sure you look good!

Most staff is absolutely rude. Not all. You have to stand and wait around for someone to help you and when they finally do they act like you’re a hinder and are taking up their time. And hope that you don’t take something home that doesn’t fit or don’t need because they will make you jumpy through hoops just for them to tell you that they WONT give you a refund.

I wish I could give a zero!Walked in today and stood across from two employees. Waited there for 5 minutes while they were talking about hockey. I finally asked if I could be helped and Tony the manager shot back asking me if I had a problem. I told him I was waiting and felt as if I was interrupting their conversation and he immediately accused me of having an attitude. I told him I wanted to return suit and he said I couldn’t because tags were off and suit was altered. He was lying. The suit had not been altered and terms of return didn’t say anything about tags needing to be on. He then claimed I had an attitude again. I interjected and Tony told me to shut up; that he was talking. It took everything in me to not reach over and teach him a bit of a lesson but I wanted to get my money back. He then walked me over to the cashier (who was busy on the phone when I initially walked in). He continued to accuse me of having an attitude. I dismissed him by saying thank you repeatedly and told him to go away.I read reviews on the horrible customer service and this experience was beyond that. It seemed Tony wanted a physical altercation which he almost got.Stay away from this company. They’ll probably be closing down even more stores and Tony can find work as a fast food manager or something to that effect.
