UPDATED- Dear "Owner" I read the reviews and the cookie cutter response We're sorry we didnt live up to your high standards. Because the location in Upland closed I tried this location AGAIN. DEFINITLY NOT DISAPPOINTED. Same poor customer service. Very very sliw. Another customer,
under their breath stated they must teach this employee how to do POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! What locations did the sharp group of employees transfer to from Upland location? If it's out of state I'llbook the 1st flight out. PLEASE DON'T APOLIGIZE.FIX IT!!!! Very poor experience with the Hispanic lady who told me she's a single mother with 2 small children. I was there for OVER 1 1/2 hours for her to program a new phone. She kept helping other clients, stating mine was programming itself. A parent was in hospice, and I couldn't call due to the fact it wasn't programmed correctly. I went to another location 2 days later, and they fixed what she had done in 15 minutes. I now travel out of my way to another Metro. I did contact corporate but never heard a word back.

I went there to purchase a phone, there were 4 people there waiting, and only one employee, he was taking his sweet time helping a girl set up an iCloud with password and all, it would of been ok if he had other people there to help other customers but he was all alone. I been to other Metro locations and the employees even ask you while their are still helping someone Can I help you? And they tell you to give them a second, But this guy completely ignored everyone else

This location is close and convenient also usually no wait when I go. Carlos rocks, he is very helpful and smart. I recommend him so much I am very grateful for his help.

Customer service... Is not good when you have someone behind the counter with such a heavy accent you can hardly understand what they are saying. She was very sweet and we were both patient with each other, but it was stressful because I didn't understand what she meant half the time. Other than that the service was good.
