I wanted to complement Debbie Cleary from Mike Gaumer's office on the time and help she put in to find insurance for my off road vehicle. I was not renewed by Allstate and could not find any insurance to replace the Allstate insurance. My previous insurance agent could not find any insurance so after looking around for other options I called Mike Gaumer's office and Debbie returned my call. She got right on my issues and came back with a good replacement for the Allstate policy.
If you want outstanding results, I suggest a call to Debbie and I'm sure she can take care of your insurance needs.

Had to transfer insurance over from Michigan State Farm to California and Mike's office made it so much easier. Debbie Cleary called me over several days and we managed to figure out all the differences between states (which wasn't insignificant as MI is a no fault ins state) and what coverage I needed. She was so kind, warm and patient, even when some of my paperwork was messed up. I highly recommend Mike's office if you are coming into the CA insurance market as it can be overwhelming and confusing and his wonderful employees will make it easy to navigate. Debbie was warm and personable on the phone and gave me that personal touch. (Us both being Midwesterners helped too!) and when you have so much new laws and rules to navigate, it's wonderful to have that care and concern. Debbie Cleary is an amazing human bring to have helped me so much when I was struggling to figure out the CA market.

Mike’s office has been extremely helpful through the 5+ years I’ve been with SF. Everyone I’ve spoken to has always been professional, friendly and efficient.
Most recently I had trouble tracking some info down with SF claims department. I gave Mike’s office a call and Elizabeth answered. She ended up saving me an hour of redirecting through State Farm’s phone tree. Truly amazing experience.

Micheal’s team is great but I wanted to express one individual that has been assisting me for many years .
Elizabeth is a pleasant person to talk to and takes pride in her job. She is patient with me and answers all my questions. Her personality shows through the phone. I can tell it’s not just a job for her, but this is how she is in real life! It’s very rare to find a person who exudes great customer service and when you do, you want to recognize it. The customer service and continuity, coupled with excellent pricing of this particular State Farm insurance is wonderful. I knew that this insurer was reputable, but I had forgotten about excellent pricing and customer service combined when it came to insurance.
Everyone in this office is professional, kind and attentive - tending.
I would recommend them to anyone.
Additionally, I accidentally called after hours and the message offered immediate assistance of whatever form. I could actually get a human being immediately, if need be.
