I have been filing my taxes with Oak tree services for about 8 years. The process is always so quick and easy! I have always done everything online which makes the tax process a lot less grueling in my opining. The use of the portal is amazing, everything is put into a folder by year, which makes finding my tax documents super convenient. Melissa has always been great with timely responses, and getting my taxes filed promptly. I have never had any issues at all with the service, and HIGHLY recommend this company.

I love Oak Tree Financial & Tax Services! I’ve been doing taxes with them 3 years in a row. They make sure I get the maximum refund. I’m not too familiar with doing my taxes and what everything means but Melissa was very patient and nice. She explained everything so that I understood. Oak Tree Financial & Tax Services has a customer portal so you can go view your documents anytime throughout the year. I can’t wait to do my taxes again next year!

Melissa was efficient and knowledgeable in navigating my tax situation. CA was coming after me for taxes in 2020, when I moved back from WA. She assessed the situation and helped me file the correct forms with the state. Their portal is easy to navigate as well. Lastly, she was able to help me remotely, freeing time in my day. I will certainly be a customer of theirs in the forthcoming years.

I go to Oak Tree every year for probably around 5 years now and maybe more but as years go by the convenient ways that we the clients have been provided is awesome to be able to file on line and have our own portal to view and send documents. Very Unprofessional. I set up two appointments with Melissa and she canceled on me twice right before my appointment with her. The first time she asked me to reschedule for another day which was fine and rescheduled for another time. It is understandable things come up, but then on the day of the rescheduled appointment she calls me half an hour before my appointment and cancels it. I am sorry for the one star, but I was disappointed without receiving a service.
