I came in earlier to get my ring size and an idea of which ring would look best on me. I was helped by a wonderful young woman who gave me her honest opinion. The entire staff was wonderful and I will definitely come back here in the future. I recommend coming here for help with anything.

Arlene was great, she was really patient while I was trying to draw a perfect circle to get a charm engraved. I couldn’t do it do she explained how I can upload a photo online! Very helpful, thank you

I will never be ordering on there website and asking for pick up on there website it says wait 2 business hours. I waited the whole day to not get a email for a ring I had purchased. No one had answers when I called the store and contacted customer service never again will I be asking for pick up to this location.

Didn’t feel welcome at all from the moment I walked in. Manager looked at my husband and I up and down like we were trash. I really wanted charms so I stayed. The sales associate heaven was really sweet and cleaned my bracelet for me. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location.

Went in there for a charm and bracelet, and the young lady who helped me was so helpful . She helped me with sizes and got me exactly what I was looking for. Will go back to shop there again soon.

I use to love coming here for new releases and my rings and after todays experience I won’t be returning . It’s the fact CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE ! Workers are so unprofessional even in front of customers . I went today to go get a new ring that I was so excited to get and I enter they are busy so I was understanding and I went looking around the store and one of the workers were done and the Asian lady with glasses went to go help someone else that came way after I went in . And I’m STANDING there and nothing . At that point I was being ignored , so the Asian lady is helping the customer and she sees me their standing and in a rude tone asks me if I needed something and gives me a sassy head nod and I said I’ll wait for someone else to help me and she rolled her eyes and she goes and talks to her co worker that is next to her . The other co worker was African American tall she’s with a customer and she’s tell the Asian lady how the customer is taking forever and she can’t decide she needs to hurry up and the customer is in front of her!!!!! Like what?! I WAS SO SURPRISED THAT WAS HAPPENING! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! And then before the African American worker goes out of her way and helps a family who just enter she makes eye contact with me and doesn’t offer to help me and leave to the family . I was standing there for a good 15-20 minutes and NO HELP! I was being ignored and profiled ! So the last worker saw I was waiting since I walked to the counter and asked if I needed help I let her know I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes and I’ve been ignored and no one has offered to help they have offered who came wayyyy after me and she said how can I help you today and etc I’m like you know what no I’ll be leaving having me over here waiting for a while now and your workers ignoring me and helping other ppl . PANDORA YOUR WORKERS NEED TRAINING FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE LOOKS DOESNT SEEM LIKE ITS THE FIRST TIME , IF THEY DONT LIKE THEIR JOB THEY CAN LEAVE . SO MUCH PERSONAL CONVERSATION , TAKE THAT OUTSIDE !CUSTOMER SERVICE IS #1 AND TODAY YOU FAILED! DO BETTER ! FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS DOESNT MATTER HOW THEY LOOK EVERYONE I MEAN EVERYONE SHOULD BE GETTING THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE !

The website lists that this location is open however there is signage surrounding the building stating that it is closed until Autumn of 2024.

Second time I’ve been at this location. Needed a gift for Mother’s Day and rushed to get to the store in time to buy my gift and got turned away 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE. So disappointing. Don’t bother at this location. The first time i was here i was completely ignored and now, completely turned away. Just put your store hours at 8:45 or 8:50 as your time of closing. Line or not, i feel this is unacceptable.

Sometimes you meet the most awesome people on days that you need life to be less stressful. I made an order online for 5 rings, and payed extra for gift packaging for each item for mother’s day. I got the order, however they didn’t include the gift packaging, so after going to Ontario Mills Pandora and being told rudely they couldn’t help me out by a rude lady at the door; i decided to give it a try at Pandora Rancho Cucamonga, and was greeted with the nicest employees, and this sweet man named Joey was able to help me out with my gift packaging, and even got them ready for me. I hope the higher ups recognize their good employees at this Pandora because the employees are the face of a business and employees like Joey make your business look good and do well. Thank you Joey for making my stressful day a bit less stressful??❤️
