Thank Liz C. for making the balloons happen on a walk in notice. Went from 2 to a 12 ballon plus numbers for under $40. Appreciate your suggestions and help from your staff.

I purchased a fire truck balloon, but needed it blown up at the Rancho Cucamonga location. Nice lady, I just paid inflating fee. I am happy, thank you.

Horrible customer service. Paid for balloons but then associate helped others while no one started the order. I got back in line to buy wrapping paper and asked how long it would be for the balloons. I was told she has already called someone about 10 more minutes. Shockingly the person that was called Liz (supposedly the manager) who has been scanning things right there the whole time decided to help me. When I mentioned I had paid for the gel to make the balloons last longer she needed to see the receipt. I will admit I admit I was annoyed and threw the receipt in the counter. Liz then starts going off that I threw it at her. It literally was the middle of the counter and I said I threw it on the counter not at you. Next she just leaves the balloons in front of me. I said I paid for a weight, she asks the cashier who tells her yea a silver one. But wait she needed the receipt to check the same one I had already given her once......

Horrible customer service and poor attitudes by Kerry and Samantha. When asked Kerry help for a costume inventory check, she said she didn't have the number to a different store location when she clearly can look it up. After I asked her multiple times if she can call, before hanging up with the other store she said " Perfect", hangs up, then tells me "Out of stock". Samantha calls another customer next to me and tells me "Can you move?? please." in a condescending undertone. Just because you said "please" doesn't make it okay to disrespect a customer.

Party city has a lot of options to make your party great. If you spend a certain amount, you will be able to use a coupon. They are great for costumes, themed parties, and candy bars. I even came across some Funko pops. I would recommend paying them a visit to meet your party needs. I gave 4 stars due to the fact that things can add up fast and you can spend a pretty penny.

If I could give a zero I would. I bought those little letter balloons from them and online pick up option. They give you the option to either inflate them or not so I chose inflation. It says online you have 30 days to return them but I went in 7 days later and the girl said no because they're out of packaging and already inflated. I said I bought them like that so how is it out of package? Y'all gave it to me in a big garbage bag with all them flying around in there. She looked at me funny as if inflation isn't an option. I told her dumbass I bought them inflated and I have 30 days. Nowhere online or in store does it say I can't. She gets loud with me and starts laughing and she asks when I bought it and I said 7 days ago. She says "that's your problem there." HOW? WHERE little girl? It says 30 days. I say now y'all are just finding a reason. She said no and we're going back and forth and she's super confrontational about it. And she ends it with "well I'm not a manager and I'm already having a bad day and I'll let her deal with this." What the fuck does your day have to do with me and return? Irrelevant. Ain't got shit to do with me. Her manager comes up, not listening to a word I say, just says yeah it's out policy and if we take it back we have to damage it and we lose out on money. What the fuck does party city losing money have to do with me? Y'all make zero sense.

I went there to get party items for a dinner I was throwing. They had a good selection and many items they had I didn't even know existed,such as their pop up trash cans.

I gave 3 stars for Autumn and another employee for helping me with my nephew’s balloons. I had it all tangled up because of the windy weather. Autumn was very positive and helpful. For the minus 2 stars , it’s for the store’s rude manager. Instead of being helpful, her manner was condescending, she was just assuming I should know how to handle balloons on a windy day. At least she could have offered suggestions on not having balloon problems on a windy day or just offering a plastic cover bag on the balloons (which costs about a dollar I think). It would have made the situation not stressful most especially I had to bring the balloons to my nephew’s party.

Wish I could give this party city zero stars. One of the cashiers is incompetent and patronizing, she was not listening to me. First she couldn't find my order but the manager found it no problem. And then I asked her if I can get a balloon inflated, she said I had to wait 45 minutes and I said "yeah I will just come back for it" as in when it's done and she sent me to the balloon section but they said I had to get back in line and pay for my balloon and order. I was livid because I was already at the cashier and the line was long. This cashier has to start listening. She was getting things wrong. I asked her why she sent me down there. She gave me attitude and did not even apologize for making the mistake and I just didn't say anything to her and walked out but She even told me "Have a good day" in a patronizing way. I know I shouldn't have gotten mad but she could have owned up to the mistake instead of making me feel like I did something wrong.

Return policy stinks. 1 week to return a wig only to receive store credit and to be warned that I may have trouble using my store credit because of franchise store locations.....why isn't this common knowledge PRIOR to purchasing anything....imagine I might as well been better off with the return item the wig....Definitely never shopping here again.

The cashier asked if I found everything ok. I asked about a small, 2 dollar item, thinking she would do what most clerks do when you say you didn't find something - say sorry and move on. This person was different! She called a person that worked on the aisles and asked her to look for the item. I expected the aisle clerk to do what most do and say, nope-can't find it-not here. This person was different too! I was so surprised that this person found the item and brought it up to the cashier. A couple of years ago, there was a horribly rude clerk that worked here. So either that rude person wasn't here at the time, or there is new leadership, or I got lucky encountering two awesome employees that knew how to be good (business) people! I am so appreciative of people who simply do their job well!
