Rancho Cucamonga Pep Boys is always thee best to do business with. They have exceptional customer service, honesty & patience when you ask questions and/or need an explanation of the work that your vehicle is in need of. We have been coming here for years, and will continue to do so. Honestly, Ford of Upland, you lost a customer, and a repeat one as well. Thank you, Pep Boys, we'll be back for our next family vehicle service.

Guillermo was very sweet and very helpful, he also helped my bf in the past as well. I needed service with my coolent to be replenished. Plus they are open 7 days a week. Thanks Pepboys and thank yku Guillermo??

Took my vehicle in at open as per my scheduled appointment and I was told I would get a call when it's done, plus hourly updated via text message. I got 1 update via text and was never called, and when I called the next morning they told me that they tried to call me but they didn't. Also in doing this survey it says that the electronic inspection was supposed to be free but I was charged 60 or 70 dollars for it.

I had to leave one star in Order to leave a review. Don’t ever bring your car here I brought my work vehicle in for a routine oil change. And now it’s knocking save yourself Money and time. I guess there’s racist. As I see they helped everyone else that wasn’t black with on problem. Pretty sad

Made an appointment for a 1:30 pm oil change. I called prior (because I've had issues with this location in the past) and was told they'd be able to do the work but "it would take a little longer". Arrived to to be told "we're backed up, we'll need 3 hours". Irritating I wasn't contacted ahead of time about my non-appointment appointment that was no different than walking in off the street.
