Came in here to purchase some stuff for our new kitten. The staff were very helpful and kind. They had sample packages you could purchase, this was so helpful in helping decide what food our kitten would like. They have great options and great prices.

Unfortunately my pup has received a cancer diagnosis and the first round of chemotherapy wasn't successful. His lymph nodes got considerably smaller, but he never really went into remission. Before going to a new chemo protocol, I wanted to give his body a break and also started him on a new diet. Pet Joy was recommended for the specific food I was looking for. I did an online order, when we went in to pick up the food, the staff was super nice and helpful. Very welcoming to my pup, even though he was a little skittish.

The employee, I believe her name is Audacy had excellent customer service. She recommended some sample kibble for my dog to try since he’s not fond of his current kibble. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back again thank you! ?

Came to get brunch in the area and unexpectedly found a local gem. My husband and I are new kitty parents so we decided to head into Pet Joy to see what they had to offer. We were not disappointed!! We were greeted by Odyssey who went above and beyond to help us figure out the best way to take care of our kitties. We can't wait to get home and show our kitties the goodies we got for them :) If you haven't been we would definitely recommend! 10/10

I come here to find my Nutrisource dog food which can't be found in the major dog food chains. The staff are always so nice, kind and knowledgeable. They are very attentive and always offer useful information. I am able to find products that aren't available in other stores

The staff at Petjoy never ceases to amaze me. They are always kind, understanding and will always take time out of their busy day to say hi or make sure you have everything you need. Too bad the other tenants in the building don't respect the parking.....talking to you Madres brunch!!!!!

Pet Joy is a wonderful local pet store where you get excellent customer service and you can find quality food and treats for your pets. It's such a shame they have the worst neighbors in Madre's Restaurant as there is never any parking due to the lack of respect by Madre and their customers. I hope they all get towed for taking the two dedicated spots for Pet Joy. Their food isn't even great- shame on Madres for not being better neigbors.

Talk about the worst customer service. They are so rude and make you feel like a burden for even entering the store. Not to mention they bully everyone who parks in their "reserve parking" even when it's pouring rain. This store doesn't even deserve one star.

This place is amazing! There are soo many different varieties of both raw frozen and freeze-dried raw foods/treats for my kitten. We'd also rather support a local business over the big companies that mainly cater to dogs. Another plus is that we can order raw frozen foods ahead of time if needed. Happy that we found a new spot to go to. Can't wait to go back next!
