Today I took my dog to get his nails trimmed. We have never had an issue. The previous times everything was smooth. Today there was a different girl that trimmed his nails. As soon as she approached my dog he was scared of her and was crouching down in fear. She told us it would take about 5 minutes and that we could go up front and pay and when we come back she’d be done. When we returned she was in another room with my dog. She came out 10 minutes later without my dog telling me she needs a few more minutes. Then comes out a few minutes later telling me she is refusing to serve us because my dog is stressed. She brought my dog out with no leash and his collar missing. My dog was so scared and stressed. I told her we never had issues in the past. Another girl offered to trim his nails and the girl that attempted to cut them earlier yelled and said no! My dog was crying the whole way home and seemed traumatized. I believe she was rough with him. I will not be returning to this location.

One of the great features of PetSmart is their adoption services. It's heartwarming to see animals finding their forever homes. Additionally, they offer name tag engraving for your pets, which is a convenient and thoughtful service.
Their selection of dog treats is impressive, providing plenty of options to keep your furry friend happy and healthy. Overall, my experiences at PetSmart have been consistently positive, making it my go-to place for all pet-related needs. Highly recommended!

PetSmart is reasonable for grooming. My fur baby, PaPa Jack knee caps slip. I have him in and out in 30 minutes. It's well worth it especially if you furry one gets stressed out easy. Grooming department is great

Had to pick up kitty food by prescription only. Helpful young lady at the hospital gave me a $10.00 off coupon. I payed ONLY $76.00 but after reviewing my receipt noticed 3 Extra Taxes...WHAAAT!

I recently visited the PetSmart location in Rancho Cucamonga and had an unfortunate experience due to their system issues. The store's system has been down for more than three weeks, and as a result, they are unable to process returns or exchanges by account.

The mother of my child had applied to this store for a grooming job. She was asked to take go and pick up a dog from persons home they didn't know. For a technical interview. This is about the most unsafe practice someone could have in a work place. Not only have you put the dog that she doesn't know at risk? You have also put MY vehicle in damages way? As well as send a woman to strange place by herself? This can't be how things are handled. Very unprofessional and unsafe.
