Neyda was so helpful during my visit to Pottery Barn! She helped me with both an in-store purchase and placing an online order, and made sure I was completely happy with everything. She was super attentive, friendly, and made the whole process really easy. I really appreciated her patience and attention to detail. Thank you, Neyda!

Have gone multiple times and been helped by Anthony. He's been really helpful and welcoming. Also was helped by AJ, another cool Anthony at PB. Thank you Gentlemen. They've been very helpful for my girlfriends needs; purchasing or returning.

Very Shady Company. My husband and I purchased furniture at this store and were initially pleased with their salesperson and the furniture we selected, however they now keep charging my credit card for my purchase numerous times over. Then they tell us that this is they way it works and eventually the charges will be correct. Our credit card company said this is absolutely not normal. We do not know what they are doing, but until they figure it out, you should not buy from this store.

Do Not Ever Buy at Pottery Barn. We just had a terrible experience and it put our credit cards and credit at risk. We purchased over $11,000 in furniture and the sales clerk was very nice. But they charged our credit card for the $11,000 purchase and over the next two days we received 7 more charges on our credit card for a total of $38,699.66. It went over the card limit and bounced other preset charges we had. Then they tried to charge MORE! We called the manager and he tried to talk to my wife like she was not intelligent to understand how it works, that they put holds, then charge again when each items is in fulfillment, then amounts are supposed to drop off. My wife and disabled son went to Mrs. Fields cookies and her credit card was declined on a $5 purchase because of the excessive unauthorized charges, this was embarassing. We never authorized $36,699 in charges. We then called corporate HQ and all they are concerned with is explaining how their system works. Again, we never authorized all these 8 total charges, plus more attempts. All their customer service tried to do was justify this horrible business practice. We then asked to cancel the whole order, and they are now saying we can not cancel 2 chairs becasue they are custom outsourced chairs already ordered. We do not want just two random chairs and will not be held hostage for their horrible service and policies. Please do not even enter a Pottery Barn, this was a nightmare. There are many better furniture options. I am 62 years old and all other stores over the years have been professional and treated us well and valued our business.

Pottery Barn At Victoria Gardens Has Got To Be One Of My Favorite Stores At Victoria Gardens Because It Had Beautiful Decor And Nice And Helpful Employees. I Must Say That This Place Even Has A Nice Smell And Great Artifacts Inside That I Can Even Smell And See Where The Smells Are Coming From. If Anyone Is Looking For Furniture, I Would Recommend This Store Because It Has Great Furniture Here. Here Are Some Photos I Took In The Town Square Outside This Store Over The Years

This store needs better management and an in-depth operational training. The staff is extremely rude. No acknowledgment to customers or greeting. The entire store looks confusing. Items are not properly placed. Not to Pottery Barn standards. I will NEVER visit this location again. Rather make the hour's drive to South Coast or West LA by far. HORRIBLE!!!!

Rebecca was absolutely the rudest employee I have met, she was argumentative, disrespectful and implied that my Mexican friend cannot read. Apparently according to the other reviews this store specifically needs a training on how to be respectful to customers.

Love most of the merchandise although they do not have stock on hand of some of their items on the floor, such as bedding. Not enough sales personnel and hard to find someone to help with finding what I want

The customer service is very rude. Truly appalling. They do not do their work. They expect the customer to do their work. These 2 females have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They make the company look very, very bad.

Our Jake sectional was delivered Oct 2022. By Nov. 2022 I had to contact customer service because the fabric on a couple cushions was rippling. They replaced 2 seat cushions- inserts and covers. In April 2023 I contacted them again regarding the quality and submitted photos. At that point they (PB and sofa manufacturers) agreed to a one-time courtesy of replacing all cushion inserts, even the back cushions. I changed out the cushions in June. On Nov. 1 I contacted them again that the couch is in terrible condition for only being 1 year old. I own another PB couch and 2 chairs and ottomans. They have held up beautifully! At this point I want them to come get the couch and give me a refund. This has been nothing but trouble! I was told there is nothing they will do. I am stuck with a $5,000 sofa that looks like it belongs on someone's porch.

Wasted a trip down to this location. I wanted to place an order for 2 bedroom sets ($6,000 purchase), but had a couple of questions. Walked around to see if anyone would acknowledge me and ask if I needed help. That never happened. Even had a couple employees walk right by me. Finally decided to leave after waiting a half hour. I thought Pottery Barn was better than this! It should be for the prices of your products! Sad that there are multiple bad reviews about service and Pottery Barn has done nothing to address it.

Paid $179 for the suede pillows and inserts. Cashier was too lazy too get me new cover and inserts from the back so I was sold floor samples. I noticed the snags and discoloration when I left the store. Walked back in and girl had an attitude. I told her I would make it simple and just return the pillows. She then said no that's ok Im busy but will take care of it. Another lady brought out the new covers and inserts and I showed her the difference. I said someone was being lazy and she apologized. What a shame to spend $179 for two pillows and have horrible service.
