Nicole was so helpful helping me find balloons for a friend. I asked if she could pump more air into one and she told me she would just give me a brand new one and helped me find a Harry Potter theme balloon!

Tue March 26 tue went to one of my favorite store they always have variety they come out with new things and good discounts when you have your app or your discount card I love Ralph I'm going to keep going and employees Smiles very helpful they always have good customer service ?

I went there and I had a free coupon for egg life promotion for free. my mother also had it but the manager gave it to me but she wouldn't give it to my mom. She didn't feel like helping me out and for my managerial perspective she had the power to do it I didn't like her attitude didn't seem like she was interested in helping.

Had to stop here very quickly to just get two items and as I'm waiting in line to check out the cashier seems very friendly, she's talking to the woman in front of me, she seems great. It's my turn now.. I Say hello with a smile. I got no hello back. I think to myself OK maybe she didn't hear me but then there's no conversation. Not even a friendly smile. All I get is an ugly look on her face with your total is Blah blah and here's your receipt. What did I do wrong to NOT receive the same customer service she was giving the lady just before me? is it because I'm younger than the lady before me? Or because I have a tattoo? Did I not smile nicely enough? I don't know but I'm hoping that April can do better with her customer service in the future and not be selective to who she gives great service to.

This Ralphs is a great location. The people who work here are always nice and polite. The store is always clean and you can tell they keep up with the look and displays. The food is usually always pretty fresh. They have a good organic section which I like, just a little over priced. The store its will turn off over half of it's lights after 9/10 pm I asked the lady and she said it's to "conserve" energy. Yeah, okay. But anywho, just be aware it looks like they are closed or are closing when most of the lights are off but they're not. Also the prices are way better here than Vons (right up Haven). They also have Uncle Matt's organic grapefruit juice which I buy very frequently!

I'm writing this as a lover of "chicken wing". I paid $4.78 for 2 wings and they were the size wings of a quail wing. Chicken wings are entirely too small for the price!

Edit 2/18/24....Beware when buying giftcards or other prepaid cards. I bought an Amazon gift card and wanted to load it on my account in the store. I noticed when I opened the package that the redemption code was,damage and unreadable. I immediately notified the staff and was given an 800 number. I called the number and they had a difficult time validating the Amazon card. I also bought a food gift card that they were able to find. They gave me a Amazon customer service number to call. They were no help. You have been warned.
This is closest Ralph's to my house. I like this one because it has the gas station next to it. The points you accumulate at Ralph's can be used for money off on gas purchases (10-20 cents off per gallon).

Went in this store and proceeded to go to self check out. I then notice there was some sticky glue like paste on their party cups so I decided to exchange it. While walking down the isle I noticed an employee started following me then just stared which made me uncomfortable. Went back to self check out then another employee was really observant to see if I was going to purchase my stuff. After my final purchase I was asked to show my receipt. This wasn't the only time at this same store. Never seen them asking for other peoples receipts. I wouldn't say it had anything to do with my "skin color". Been shopping their for decades. Will not be returning to this location or perhaps Ralphs in general.

Great customer service especially from Debra at the Self Checkout, love it! You can find anything you need and if dont help is always on the way.

There's nothing fresh about mold. Stopped in to buy a few items. Grabbed some raspberries, checked them over of course, and went home. Before I opened the package, I could see the spot of mold in the bottom corner. I was upset because I did check them first, but this one got past me. I'm not about to run up to the store for a $2.99 refund, I'm sure they know that, but I'm mad as hell hearing their damn commercials of how fresh everything is and then mold in your produce. It's not rocket science people. I'm aware of the " back room" practices at most grocery stores and I'm half tempted to start growing my own produce and raising my own beef. The freshness this Ralph's provides is in the advertisement, not the produce.

Ralph’s at Haven and Baseline has been my neighborhood grocery store for years and is like our extended family.. always there.

Money services down at a few ralph locations but the customer service part of it just didn't feel right at this one. Much friendlier approach at the one off highland.
