I recently when Ralphs not only did they have the item we were looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. The staff was great. While we were waiting on my Catfish. We were talking to Bonnie, she was very friendly, kind, and very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you so much!!!

Very clean, I don’t like the fact that every thing you buy expires within a 30-days of the purchase date what happen to 3-6 months, I hate that about Ralph’s.

Warning. Gift cards bought at Ralphs are not always valid. I have had Target, Amazon & Home Depot gift cards not work that I bought at this Ralphs. Zero balance. Apparently thieves lift the numbers so when you load the card, they use the balance. I tried to get my money back from the store (had the receipt) and they won’t refund them. I will no longer buy gift cards at Ralphs since they don’t guarantee the purchase.Other than that I like this store and always shop here.

the vibes of this store were weird and hostile, the employees are super sweet but management seems to be more tense and unwelcoming. If it weren’t for the employees, i wouldn’t return here again!

Love this Ralph’s store but DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS from any Ralph’s. It is becoming more frequent that gift cards I buy from Ralph’s will have a zero balance. I have had multiple gifts I bought and they tell me there is no money on the card. You cannot return them to Ralph’s and you have to file a claim from the store and there is no guarantee you get the money back after a claim. We had to pay double for Christmas for some gifts this year bc we gave cash as a gift to make up for the zero balance gift card. Learned my lesson here and never again. I work too hard for my money for this to happen.

I was in Ralph’s this morning and brought an item, used self checkout. The lady on duty was very rude and unhelpful. I got always good service, my be person need more training.
