Incredible customer service from beginning to end. We have gone to the same tax person for 22 years. This year we had to change because our tax person relocated. I did a Yelp search and then followed up with some people that I work with in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. They suggested Rancho Tax and Accounting. Bhaumik was amazing! He was helpful from start to finish. Walked us through our past tax years and helped us develop a plan and tax strategy going forward. We will be scheduling a future appointment to further plan future tax strategy and finances. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rancho Tax and Accounting. I work for the city and am thankful they are a business owner within it.

Unbelievably RUDE! I called to ask a question about doing taxes for a deceased person and they didn't even have time to answer a quick question because they are "too busy with their customers". I would have even made an apt with them if I needed to but no I will not do business with a company like this. You can't be so busy to take one moment and help someone who is trying to get taxes done of a loved one that just passed.

I was looking for a new accountant and was very leery due to our previous accountant. I came across Bhaumik and he is nothing less than AMAZING!!! I am sooo happy I found him. He is very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and detailed and takes time to answer all your questions. He is my go-to guy every year now. I have already started referring people to him. Thank you again, your awesome!

Worst place ever. I've had many years of having taxes done but this was the only bad one. Took 6 weeks. Was told 2-3 weeks. They put the wrong bank on my taxes for my refund and payment. I waited and waited. almost was late paying the IRS. They did not return my calls. So careless. Never again.

I have been a loyal customer for many many years with tri-check and have ALWAYS had a positive experience each year with them. I know I am in good hands and they are up to date on new tax laws , deduction allowances, etc. I've always received good advice for investing money when I need it and I look forward to many many more years of great service from them. DIANE and team are great about letting you know everything-breakdowns, rates, etc. They have always been extremely punctual with finishing our taxes-and we have two types of accounts. Wouldn't let anyone else touch my stuff!

Bhaumik has done my taxes for the last couple of years. After I graduated law school, I started my own business. I didn't want to have to deal with filing my own taxes as a person and as a business. My family has been using Tri-Check for years so I went with him and I couldn't be happier. When I closed my business and started working for other firms, I had A LOT of tax forms. I had forms for paying student loan interest, a couple of W2s, 1099s, and forms for my retirement accounts. I'm glad I had someone who would help me through the process with all these different forms. I would much rather pay someone to do my taxes and know they're done right than to do them myself and screw something up. Bhaumik is very attentive to detail and knows the ins and outs of taxes. He is also very quick and efficient when you provide him your documents. I don't even think my turn around time was more than a couple days. He also is able to answer all my questions over the phone or email. I would highly suggest Bhaumik if you need someone to do your taxes, want them done correctly and quickly!

First time using them. They did an awesome job. Even charged me less than I was quoted. I've used several big name tax companies over the years and they were way better priced and the service was great. They will be my tax company's from now on.
