We recently moved from Northern Cali to Yucaipa, and Andrew was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Before we even decided to sell our house, Andrew refinanced our property to help consolidate our debt. This was a huge help in setting us up for a successful move later down the line. Andrew then sold our property quickly and efficiently. The relocation meant I had to change jobs, which added complexity to our situation. Andrew is amazing! My husband and I were looking to buy a house but didn't know where to start. We are self-employed and run an LLC partnership with complex taxes. We owed the IRS and needed an accountant to speak on our behalf to get on a payment plan. Andrew reviewed our income and expenses and filed our taxes properly. He then ran our credit and helped us view several homes. We got into escrow and closed on a property before Christmas with a decent FHA interest rate. Andrew was our bank, agent, and accountant. There's no one like him. Highly recommend his services!

I was referred to RanTax by a relative for my taxes this year. I had to do both standard and a 1099. Brian Montañez took care of me. He covered all the bases unlike my previous tax person and even offered to help me with my snafu of tax filing from last year (which my previous tax person wouldn't help with). I'll be a return customer for 2023. They also do real estate and home loans to my understanding. Their office is also much more welcoming and professional than those other places for sure.

Good experience with Brian Montañez. I was skeptical of tax consultants, so I did my own taxes but didn't file and sought out consultation options to see if I was unaware of any tax claims. Turns out I was, and even with the fee, I got a larger tax refund. Definitely keeping his business card.
