My taxes were done wrong, and without my consent. I came here and Danny did a great job fixing last year's taxes. I also followed his advice when I did not hear back on time. He told me to wait, instead of resending my amendment, and he was right. A few months later, sure enough, I got my corrected amendment response from IRS and CA tax board. He also did my following year's taxes, which were a bit complicated. Jeri is also very nice and responds to inquiries on time. Great service!

Super lovely people working here. They are trustworthy, communicative, have good work ethic, and provide awesome customer service (big shoutout to Geri!). Been coming here for about 4 years now, and was referred to them by my realtor. With the covid pandemic, they were really adaptable and able to assist me w tax document prep without having to come in to the office.

This was my very first time for tax preparer with Alta Loma Tax & Accounting. I had been with another tax preparer for over 20 years and trusted his tax preparation service. I was thoroughly impressed with the kind & professional customer service by Mrs. Houck (aka the office secretary) and Dan's astute & broad knowledge of tax laws and deductions. Since Dan is an Enrolled Agent ("EA"), one would expect a high degree of tax expertise. I most certainly received that high level when he reviewed my 2018 tax documents. It's was definitely a moment of learning from one of the best. I highly recommend his tax preparation services if you ever are considering changing tax preparers!

Incredible family business! Danny and his wife go above and beyond. I felt like I have known them for years because they make you feel so comfortable. They are caring and involved in your personal tax issues; I wouldn't want anyone else on my side. They are compassionate and show a very "human" side to the very cold impersonal world of paying taxes. I went to Danny for a consultation regarding real estate taxes and capital gains. He was beyond knowledgeable and is a great listener. He understood that not everyone is a tax professional and therefore reviewed all my options in easy terms. He also is a fair and ethical person. I would refer him in an instant. (In fact, I did that the very same day)

Did my taxes here for the first time, even though I passed by this building for years! Met with Danny and his wife and they made the process very smooth, accommodating to our needs. It's been years since I have gone to a tax person, but this year was different, and wanted someone who I can trust, and who has been in the business for years. Also happy to know he's also a fellow Leo from ULV too!
