Update your hours Online!!! To close early and your employees ignore your customers at the door! So inconsiderate to your customers, lack of customer service!! Mind you it's within minutes of closing.

Some of the staff are rude the girl at the cashier that help me up was rude not talkative my number came up twice let her know that I did not know the other person and she just said well it's there there's only one girl there that is nice everyone else if you ask a question they treat you like you're d*** and I've been here plenty of times

I am so upset, I have been contacting multiple sally branches for the past 3 days now consistently and not one of them is answering and if it doesn't just sit there and ring it gives me the disconnected tone. You mean to tell me I can only order for pick up through the phone but you're not going to make sure you have employees to actually answer the calls?

Prices online are different from the store, we are paying shipping costs, in the receipt we don't see shipping costs, only tax fee. I asked the lady from the store about the price, she told me that the price is different because you have to pay shipping, my question is it legal or illegal to do that?

Price Gouging!!! !During Covid19. Went to buy Hair dye today. Of course we have to wait outside because during this time we are not allowed in the store. I asked if they had gloves and she said yes but we only sell single pairs. I figured they were @ $1.00. I gave her my credit card from outside the store and waited for my receipt and items outside. $3.19 for 1 Pair of Gloves!!!!! I asked her for 4 Pairs. A box of gloves is @ $11.00. Shame on Sallys!!!! So I paid over $12.00 for 4 pairs of gloves. WOW.
